Alexander Hamilton

 Alexander Hamilton

We learn that the United States was created so that citizens can have basic rights that are protected by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. We know that the human rights are actually given by GOD Almighty. The initial founders of the United States were able to describe how citizens have rights that protect them from tyranny, nepotism, and totalitarianism. We learn that there were nations that practiced socialism where individuals could not speak or write truth because of the envy of socialist sycophants seen in the Soviet Union.

We learn that Alexander Hamilton along with George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and Thomas Jefferson were able to create the foundations of a new nation that would safeguard the rights of citizens to prevent tyranny. Alexander Hamilton wrote the Federalist Papers that described how the United States is described as a constitutional republic. This describes that the rights of all citizens are respected regardless what party is majority or minority. This specific description allows individuals to live without conflict.

This was something new because the United States allowed individuals to live without conflict since the majority respected the minority and also there was no mob rule. This is something that was innovative because through reason and logic individuals are able to understand that there is no need for conflict. The different political parties existed to prevent a one-party rule. We learn that in Soviet Russia the Bolsheviks attempted to prevent the creation or existance of other political parties. This was to prevent individuals from speaking truth and having options concerning choosing political governance.

We learn that the United States has had different political parties and has not been limited to a single political party. There were the Libertarians, Tories, Whigs, Republicans, Green Party, and Democrats among the many different political parties. The United States has done well in the manner that no one party has attempted to prevent the other political parties from competing due to the understanding of logic, reason, and autonomy. The Federalist Papers described the logic and reason that exists in a multiple political party system. This prevents the majority from oppressing the minority party and allows for dialogue and discussion. We learn that there are nations that were predominantly socialist that did not allow for this elegant manner of governance. This is why the United States is different from socialist and communist nations and why recent unelected federal bureaucracies (created in 1940s) have attempted to impede the amazing political system that the initial founders had in mind.

Benjamin Franklin

Benjamin Franklin

Benjamin Franklin was a signer of the Constitution and also a proponent for autonomy and freedom. We learn that Benjamin Franklin was an inventor that created multiple inventions in the 1700s and also wrote extensively about the importance of autonomy and freedom. We learn that along with Alexander Hamilton, George Washington, and Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin helped support the new nation of the United States.

We learn that Benjamin Franklin also wrote and created almanacs with important information on gardening, administrating, learning, and self-improvement. We learn that the United States prospered due to the influence of the Pilgrims and Puritans persevering in the worship of GOD Almighty. We learn that industriousness and responsibility were important virtues that guarded against slothfulness and irresponsibility. We learn that because of the values and virtues that are in Christianity, the United States improved.

We learn that Benjamin Franklin enjoyed learning and kept learning throughout his life. We learn that he was also a polymath who not only learned about government, autonomy, responsibility, science, and administrating, but also was creating innovations and testing scientific hypothesis. We learn that Benjamin Franklin was an individual that kept learning despite his older age.

We have learned how reading and writing can help the brain stay young. We learn that Benjamin Franklin was an individual that was industrious and also described the importance of learning and having responsibility. The Constitution was written by Thomas Jefferson yet Benjamin Franklin was also a part of describing the ideals and values of the new nation in 1776. We learn that the virtues of responsibility and administrating were vital in making sure that the United States became a nation that valued autonomy, liberty, freedom, and responsibility. We can appreciate the value of freedom and also the need to practice responsibility. This prevents us from thinking that freedom means having autonomy to be irresponsible that false doctrines and idolatry tries to lead to.

Alexis de Tocqueville

 Alexis de Tocqueville

Alexis de Tocqueville was a French individual who visited the United States to learn about the ideals and values of the new nation in the 1700s. Alexis de Tocqueville was impressed by the United States due to the freedom and autonomy that existed along with responsibility. We learn that the United States allowed individuals to have freedom and autonomy seen in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. We learn that the United States created a system of checks and balances that prevented totalitarianism and despotism.

Alexis de Tocqueville was impressed by the system of checks and balances that allowed Congress, the Presidency, and the Supreme Court to veto any measure that seemed unethical, unneeded, or that attempted to give too much power to a specific branch of the government. Congress can veto the Presidency or Supreme Court, the Presidency can veto Congress or the Supreme Court,  and likewise the Supreme Court can veto the Presidency or Congress. Like rock, paper, scissors, neither branch has unlimited power. Alexis de Tocqueville described that the careful balance of power between the different branches of the United States' government was important describing how the founders of the Constitution and Bill of Rights fought against tyranny and arbitrariness.

Alexis de Tocqueville described how bureaucracies were essentially a problem and the United States had an amazing system of checks and balances that prevented authoritarianism. We learn that bureaucracies even in the 1700s were seen as a problem to adequate and efficient governance. We learn that different individuals have expressed skepticism about bureaucracies including John F. Kennedy who described in his presidency the dangers of bureaucracies. C. S. Lewis also described skepticism about bureaucracies.

Alexis de Tocqueville similar to other rational individuals were impressed at the intricate detail of the Constitution and Bill of Rights that guarantees citizens basic rights and prevents misuse of authority and totalitarianism that has been seen in socialist and communist nations. We learn that there were different individuals that were amazed by the United States' governance in the 1700s because citizens have basic rights guaranteed by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. We learn that bureaucracies have attempted to encroach and make laws that prevent competition and favor monopolies. We learn to reject "monopoly" capitalism, socialism, and communism.

Skvortsov

 Skvortsov

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn described how in the Soviet Union individuals did not have the freedom to have preferences over writers. Skvortsov was an individual that was taken to gulag for writing positively about a non-socialist Russian writer. Skvortsov was falsely accused and taken to gulag for fifteen years for speaking good things about a Russian writer and constructively criticizing Mayakovsky who was a socialist. This describes that there was no autonomy in Soviet Russia. We learn that individuals could not speak nor write about having preferences for Russian writers. We learn that Dostoevsky was hated by Soviet socialists.

We learn that Soviet Union citizens did not have basic rights to speak truth nor have preferences over Russian writers. This describes that socialism and communism does not like that individuals have freedom and autonomy. We learn that individuals could not constructively critique socialist writers like Mayakovsky because socialists would get offended. The offended sycophants would then write denunciations against anyone who dared speak truth or have preferences over writers.

Another individual was taken to gulag for saying that Gorky (a socialist leader) was a bad writer and that the working class in Soviet Russia did not live well. We learn that this was enough to write a denunciation with false accusations and send the individual to gulag. We are able to understand the importance of freedom of speech and being able to speak truth. We learn that if the socialist Bolsheviks were offended, they would write denunciations and send individuals who did no wrong to gulag. This describes that socialism does not allow for freedom and autonomy.

We learn from the collapse of the Soviet Union in the 1990s that the truth is able to persevere amidst opposition. We learn that Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn described in the stories of the Gulag Archipelago multiple individuals who went through false accusations and gulag for the envy of socialism and communism in the Soviet Union. We learn that the Gulag Archipelago allows us to know that the truth is important and conquers the temporary lies. After publishing the Gulag Archipelago, the Soviet Union weakened and eventually collapsed in the 1990s. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn would be able to write in the United States during exile and describe the importance of Christian zeal and the incongruencies of Soviet socialism.

Thomas Jefferson

 Thomas Jefferson

We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”

Thomas Jefferson was one of the writers of the Constitution that was able to describe how all individuals are created equal. We learn that the Constitution of the United States was written in 1776 in response to the oppression of England that was imposing taxes without representation. We learn that the writers of the Constitution described that they had autonomy and liberty to decide if taxes were to be imposed and the amount that was imposed. We learn that England wanted to tax without representation meaning that they were creating tax hikes without the American citizens agreeing to the tax hikes.

Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence that described how individuals are created by their Creator. Thomas Jefferson along with other rational individuals that founded the United States in 1776 described how there is a Creator that gives human rights to individuals. We learn that Jefferson learned from the Scriptures and understood the concepts of autonomy, freedom, industriousness, and human rights. We learn that the Sacred Scriptures describe the importance of human rights in obeying the commandments of Moses. Thomas Jefferson described how the citizens of America had a right to decide if they wanted to be taxed compared to arbitrary tax hikes.

We learn that while Thomas Jefferson owned slaves that describes a clear discrepancy, we learn that honest and faithful Abraham Lincoln would free the slaves in 1865 describing the ideals of true equality. Dwight D. Eisenhower also fought for equality rights in the 1950s. We learn that Dr. Martin Luther King and John F. Kennedy fought for civil rights of minorities in the 1960s while racism attempted to prevent African-Americans and Hispanic individuals from obtaining equality in employment and education opportunities. We learn that regardless, the ideals and values of human rights are true. We learn that the American revolutionaries were able to fight against England and obtain their sovereignty. We learn that along with George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson would describe the ideals of a republic that did not accept arbitrariness and fought for values. We learn that the United States was able to obtain freedom after defeating England. We learn that the Constitution and Bill of Rights are important seeing how in the Soviet Union there were no Bill of Rights. This allows us to have gratitude for knowing the importance of autonomy and freedom that are represented in the United States.

We learn that the nation of the United States prospered because of the values described in Christianity, the Constitution, and Bill of Rights. We learn that individuals have a right to freedom of religion that prevents the government from abridging the rights of citizens. This describes that Christianity is able to be preached first and foremost because King Jesus Christ gives us authority to preach and also because the Bill of Rights describes that government can not abridge rights of freedom of religion. This means that Christianity is preached and keeps on being preached in the end times consistent with the words of King Jesus Christ.

Pope John Paul II

 Pope John Paul II

Interpretacion a otros lenguajes

"In order to set man free from fear of himself, of the world, of others, of earthly powers, of oppressive systems, in order to set him free from every manifestation of a servile fear... it is necessary to pray fervently that He will cultivate in his heart the true fear of GOD, which is the beginning of wisdom."- Crossing the Threshold of Hope (page 228)

Pope John Paul II described the importance of worshiping GOD Almighty with zeal and fidelity. We learn that he was able to be a priest and then was able to be pope in 1978. Pope John Paul II described the importance of obedience to GOD Almighty and also genuine empathy to mankind. We learn that Pope John Paul II preached about the importance of responsibility. While Pope John Paul II preached about the importance of King Jesus Christ and obedience to the commandments, there was opposition from communism and socialism.

"This fear of GOD is the saving power of the Gospel. It is a constructive, never destructive fear."

Pope John Paul II kept preaching and speaking truth even when there was opposition seen in communism. We learn from his book, Crossing the Threshold of Hope, about the opposition that existed in the socialists and communists that did not want him to preach at universities. We learn that even when they attempted to prevent him from preaching and speaking truth, Pope John Paul II persevered preaching Christianity. We learn that Pope John Paul II decided to honor the Creator, GOD Almighty, instead of listening to the discouragements and envy of the communists. We learn that Pope John Paul II was led by the worship of GOD Almighty and not by fear. We learn that instead Pope John Paul II chose to worship GOD Almighty than listen to the discouragements of a flawed communist false belief.

"The fear of GOD creates people who allow themselves to be led by responsibility, by responsible love."

We learn that Pope John Paul II had an assassination attempt in 1981 in Moscow when a sniper rifle bullet hit Pope John Paul II. We learn that Pope John Paul II was able to recover from the assassination attempt and was able to keep preaching truth. We learn that Pope John Paul II even visited the individual that attempted to take his life. Pope John Paul II visited the individual in prison in Moscow. We learn that Pope John Paul II forgave the individual and described the power of forgiveness, genuine empathy, and preaching King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior. We learn that Pope John Paul II was able to persevere describing that there is no need for negative emotions describing hate, envy, resentments, and bitterness.

"Responsibility and responsible love creates set apart men and women-true Christians- to whom the future of the world ultimately belongs."

Pope John Paul II kept preaching even after the assassination attempt, and we learned that the Soviet Union collapsed in the 1990s. We learn that while there are multiple reasons describing why the Soviet Union collapsed, one of the main reasons included the positive example of Pope John Paul II being able to preach the filial love and genuine empathy of Christianity amidst the bitterness and hate that attempted to prevent Pope John Paul II from preaching. We were able to see that love conquers hate and that GOD Almighty is very active in the lives of human beings that are righteous. We learn that Pope John Paul II was able to keep preaching decades later and describes the importance of having zeal, humility, responsibility, and most important of all fidelity to GOD Almighty.

---

Pope John Paul II Described That the Worship of GOD Almighty Allows Us to Free Ourselves From the Chains of Sin and Idol Worship

Original sin attempts, then, to abolish fatherhood, destroying its light which permeate the created world, placing in doubt the truth about GOD who is Love and leaving man only with a sense of the master-slave relationship.”- (page 228)

Pope John Paul II described how the truth of Scripture describing the importance of worshiping GOD Almighty above everything allows us to be freed from the temporary lies of the snake. We learn that the snake attempts to tempt to the practice of sin and vices while promising “freedom” and “autonomy”. This is with the intention to lead to captivity and darkness. We learn that the snake states blatant lies that GOD Almighty is authoritarian and arbitrary. We know that we can guard our heart and mind against such lies because we know that GOD Almighty is not authoritarian nor arbitrary. Pope John Paul II described how the snake wants individuals to think that instead of the relationship with GOD Almighty being that between a Loving Father and a child, it is that of a master and slave. This is an obvious lie that speaks about the projections of the snake.

We are able to free ourselves from the temporary lies of evil by choosing to persevere in the worship of GOD Almighty. We learn that the snake tells lies seen in the story of Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel, Job, and Paul. We learn that if the snake is talking it is telling temporary lies. We learn that Pope John Paul II describes that the fear of the LORD allows us to persevere with true freedom and autonomy that prevents us from practicing sin and vices. We learn that the practice of sin and idol worship leads to the shackles of vices that lead to difficulties, negative emotions, and the destruction of the unrepentant wicked. We learn that Pope John Paul II spoke truth about how we can free ourselves and persevere being freed of fear, envy, anger, and coveting by choosing to worship GOD Almighty.

Filial Love in King Jesus Christ

"Man is set free through love, because love is the source par excellence of all that is good.”- (page 226)

We learn from Pope John Paul II that we are able to persevere being freed from the fear of death and of evil by choosing to worship GOD Almighty. We choose to worship GOD Almighty and fear the King of kings, King Jesus Christ. We learn that King Jesus Christ has the keys of death and hades and decides the fate of individuals in this life and in the next. For this reason, we can persevere with courage and boldness preaching King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior. We learn that the fear of GOD Almighty sets us free from the fear of death. We learn that King Jesus Christ has eternal authority.

We learn that love conquers hate and is able to help us persevere. King Jesus Christ is the infinite and eternal love of GOD Almighty for humanity allowing us to have eternal salvation and also love. We learn that the things of the world want there to be hate and lust instead of love. We learn that perfect love casts out all fear meaning that there is no fear in the love of King Jesus Christ. We learn that Pope John Paul II helped us know that if we live our lives in the worship of King Jesus Christ, we are set free from fear. We can avoid false apostles and false prophets who want to lead to captivity, darkness, and fear through hate and lust.

The Right to Life

"For man, the right to life is the fundamental right. And yet, part of contemporary culture has wanted to deny that right, turning it into an "uncomfortable" right, one that has to be defended. But there is no other right that so closely affects the very existence of the person! The right to live means the right to be born and then persevere to live..."- Crossing the Threshold of Hope (page 204-205)

Pope John Paul II described the importance of fighting for the right of human life. We learn that Pope John Paul II fought for the rights of newborns and the importance of obeying the commandments. We learn that the socialists and communists opposed Pope John Paul II attempting to prevent him from preaching in the universities of Poland. Pope John Paul II also described that the media attempted to argue against pro-life arguments with the intention to lead to the use of abortions in cases of unwanted pregnancies in the 1980s. We learn that Pope John Paul II fought against these irresponsible and foolish arguments that attempted to lead individuals to think that abortions are an option. Pope John Paul II fought against abortions and the killing of innocent unborn human life.

"The question of conceived and unborn children is a particularly delicate yet clear problem. The legalization of the termination of pregnancy is none other than the authorization given to an adult, with the approval of an established law, to take the lives of children yet unborn and thus incapable of defending themselves. It is difficult to imagine a more unjust situation, and it is very difficult to speak of obssession in a matter such as this, where we are dealing with a fundamental imperative of every good conscience-the defense of the right to life of an innocent and defenseless human being. Often the question is presented as a women's right to free choice regarding the life already existing inside her, that she carries in her womb: the woman should have the right to choose between giving life or taking it away from the unborn child. Anyone can see that the alternative here is only apparent. It is not possible to speak of the right to choose when a clear moral evil is involved, when what is at stake is the commandment Do not kill!"- (page 205)

Pope John Paul II did not waver in his commitment to speak truth and is one of the reasons why the socialists and communists did not like Pope John Paul II. We learn that Pope John Paul II kept preaching and writing truth that led to individuals learning about the filial love and genuine empathy that exists in the worship of GOD Almighty. We learn that Christianity describes the importance of human life and that each individual has the right to live based on the commandments of Moses. We learn that the socialists kept attempting to persecute Pope John Paul II and when they could not prevent him from preaching, they attempted to assassinate him. Yet, he was able to persevere preaching, writing, and worshiping GOD Almighty recuperating from the gun shot wound of a socialist. Pope John Paul II did not become resentful or discouraged and instead persevered with high courage and unbreakable valor.

Guarding Human Rights and Fighting Against Disinformation and Deceit

"What are the human rights? It is evident that these rights were inscribed by the Creator in the order of creation, so we can not speak of concessions on the part of human institutions, on the part of states and international organizations. The Gospel is the fullest confirmation of all of human rights. Without it we can easily find ourselves be far from the truth about man."- (page 197)

We are able to understand that socialism and communism does not offer much to individuals seeing the manner that socialists and communists could not stand the reality of Pope John Paul II preaching truth, logic, wisdom, and filial love. We learn that he fought for the life of the unborn and even went through persecution for his faith. This allows us to understand why we can not be a part of evil, tyranny, and deceit that attempts to prevent individuals from seeing the beauty and wonders that GOD Almighty is able to accomplish. We learn that Pope John Paul II was able to help individuals realize that GOD Almighty is a loving Father who cares about humanity. We learn that GOD Almighty wants to help us persevere and that we can not believe the temporary lies of the snake that want to cause negative emotions and resentment to lead to disobedience

"The Redeemer confirms human rights simply by restoring the fullness of the dignity man received when GOD created him in His image and likeness."- (page 197)

In the 1990s and 2000s after the collapse of the Soviet Union, there were also preachers and pastors that described how they attempted to preach in churches and how there was opposition. Despite the opposition, preachers described that they would be able to preach in churches in Russia and different nations that were formerly of the Soviet Union, and described how GOD Almighty allowed them to persevere speaking truth amidst hate and envy from false apostles and idolators that did not want preachers to speak truth. We learn that Pope John Paul II gave us an important example of how we can persevere with bravery and courage despite opposition, persecution, and envy.

Logic and Reason Confirm the Existence of GOD Almighty and Refutes Atheism and Nihilism

"The visible world, in and of itself, can not offer a scientific basis for an atheistic interpretation of reality. Instead, honest reflection does find sufficient elements in the world to arrive at the knowledge of GOD. In this sense the atheistic interpretation of reality is one-sided and tendentious."- (page 198)

Pope John Paul II described that he was able to speak with scientists and professors about the manner that we can understand that GOD Almighty exists. We learn that this wisdom prevents us from believing in false philosophies of hate and lust describing atheism and nihilism that socialism and communism derive from. We learn that Pope John Paul II was able to preach about the manner that atheism does not make much sense from a point of view with logic and reason. We learn that Pope John Paul II described that atheism could not be argued for since there is logical reason and order that confirms the existence and absolute sovereign authority of GOD Almighty

"I still remember those discussions. I also participated in many meetings with scientists, in particular with physicists, who, after Einstein, were quite open to a theistic interpretation of the world."- (page 199)

Pope John Paul II described that atheism is very one sided because there is no logic, reasoning, order, or filial love. There is arbitrariness and authoritarianism seen in the past regimes of socialism and communism that have never worked. We learn that we can persevere acknowledging the importance of logic, reasoning, truth, and order that exists. We learn that the creation of the world and the world has order. We know that GOD Almighty has established the order of creation concerning the earth seeing the sun, moon, stars, rivers, oceans, weather, seasons, and even with the planets and the universe. We learn that GOD Almighty established order in creation that allows us to acknowledge with learning and studying science that GOD Almighty is in absolute, infinite, and eternal authority over everything

Pope John Paul II Described the Manner that the Fall of the Soviet Union Describes How GOD Almighty is Present in the Lives of Individuals

"By your question you confirm that in the fall of communism the action of GOD has been almost visible in the history of our country." (page 130)

In the 1990's, the Soviet Union collapsed. Pope John Paul II described that with the collapse of the Soviet Union, we were able to see the action of GOD Almighty in the lives of individuals. We learn that Pope John Paul II was important in the faltering of the Soviet Union because of his preaching. We learn that GOD Almighty is very present in the lives of Christians seeing the manner that nazi socialism only lasted thirty years and Soviet socialism only lasted seventy years. While it appeared that socialism was going to lead to difficulties in the 1940s with Hitler, the Allied Forces attacked and destroyed the persecution that the nazi socialists were engaging in. During the 1960-1990s with the Soviet Union, we learned that many nations from the Soviet Union decided to renounce socialism and communism for Christianity and capitalism. We learn that evil attempts to say that GOD Almighty is not present in the lives of individuals, yet with the fall of the Soviet Union, we can acknowledge the power of GOD Almighty. We learn that even the nazi socialists hated the Soviet socialists and the Soviet socialists hated the nazi socialists seen in how Hitler attacked Stalin during Russian winter. We also saw how socialism and communism are not viable forms of governance because it is based on envy and hate. We learn that Pope John Paul II was able to help us acknowledge the power of filial love and genuine empathy. In the 1990s, the Soviet Union faltered and became new nations that embraced Christianity and capitalism. The newer nations decided to renounce the temporary lies and deceit of socialism and communism.

"In fact, it was Leo XIII who in a certain sense predicted the fall of communism, a fall that would cost humanity and Europe dearly, since the medicine- he wrote in his encyclical of 1891- could prove more deadly than the disease itself." (page 131)

Pope John Paul II described that the supposed solution of socialism was actually worse than the disease. We learn that Pope Leo XIII predicted the fall of communism in the year 1891. While socialism and communism attempt to appear to be a solution to the injustices of hate and envy, it is actually the source of the hate and envy. We learn that idolatry is the source of difficulties, envy, and coveting. We learned from Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn about the injustices that occured in Soviet Russia due to the envy and hate of Trotsky, Lenin, Stalin, and their sycophantic "comrades" who professed the religion of envy and hate: socialism. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn described the gulag system and the false accusations that led to loyal citizens and soldiers being sent to gulag for essentially being rational, civil, and truthful. We learned about a business owner who was arrested and sent to gulag for failing to keep applauding Stalin for more than ten minutes. The interrogator gave the business owner the suggestion and life advice to "never be the first to stop applauding." This describes the tyranny and totalitarianism that exists in socialism and communism and why we should keep persevering worshiping the true GOD of gods, GOD Almighty. While socialism and communism state that they are attempting to produce utopias, we know that the reality is very different. The supposed "utopias" without GOD Almighty end up being totalitarian stagnated dystopias.

Figures of History and Individualism allows us to persevere knowing that throughout history there have been righteous individuals that decided to practice good and not practice sin. We are able to persevere knowing that there is no need to fear nor have negative emotions knowing that we trust in the Creator and not in idolatry. We are able to learn about righteous individuals that decided to speak truth and help others even when there are lies being told that attempt to lead individuals to disobedience and the practice of sin. We can persevere without practicing sin and idol worship.

Nina

 Nina

There was another story in the Gulag Archipelago from Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn that described a girl that was taken to gulag after her father was taken to gulag. We learn that the girl's father was envied and the Soviet Bolsheviks went into the house to take the individual to gulag. Nina (another Nina not the one from Bazbei and Zhenya's story) wrote a humorous poem in school about how the socialist nazis had bombed specific areas of Soviet Russia including a church.

Nina had humorously written in a piece of paper that she wished that instead of bombing the church, that her school was destroyed instead because they were tired of Soviet studies (this was with humor and no negative intention being that they were being attacked by the nazi socialists). Nina went to retrieve the piece of paper that she had hidden knowing that the Soviet Bolshevik socialists would accuse her based on the humorous rhyme. Nina went to find the piece of paper and while attempting to rip it apart, the Bolsheviks took the paper and asked her questions. Nina was taken to gulag and given five years.

We learn that Nina had done nothing wrong and was envied for being the daughter of an individual who was also envied. We learn that in the Soviet Union, individuals did not have freedom to speak truth because the envious Soviet Bolshevik socialists did not want individuals to improve upon themselves. This was the main reason why Christianity was hated and envied by Soviet socialists. We learn that socialists did not take constructive criticism very positively and instead criticized negatively without motive or reason.

We learn that Nina wrote a humorous rhyme or joke in response to the difficulties that were happening. We learn that any criticism of the Soviet Bolshevik system resulted in envy and censorship. The Soviet Bolshevik socialists did not want individuals to speak truth or criticize the socialist Soviet system. We learned about Boris Vinogradov who was an engineer that did not flee when the Soviet bureaucrats fled to safer cities, and for saying that the bureaucrats had fled, the Soviet Bolshevik bureaucrats falsely accused Boris of sedition.

Priest Irakly

 Priest Irakly

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn described in another story about a priest who was hidden in different apartments by faithful Christian believers. In this story, the priest had gone to another region to preach to faithful believers. We learn that when the priest was preaching in another region, the Soviet Bolshevik socialists had attempted to arrest the priest by going to his apartment late at night. When the socialists did not find the priest in his apartment, they insisted and returned two other times to arrest the priest.

While the priest was returning to his city, the faithful believers told the priest about how there were Bolsheviks who went to his apartment searching for him. The faithful believers took the priest and hid him from the Bolshevik Soviets. The priest was able to live eight years in freedom by being hidden in other believer's apartments. This story describes the genuine empathy of righteous Christians of caring about others. While the Soviet Union attempted to make people think that everyone betrays and everyone is disloyal, we learn that in the Soviet Union there were righteous and loyal individuals who never betrayed and never falsely accused. Righteous Christians instead cared for others and seen in this story, they did not betray the priest. In fact, it was the priest who did not want to hide any longer.

This is an interesting story because the righteous Christians did not allow the priest to return to his apartment knowing that the Soviets were looking for him to take him to gulag. The priest lived with autonomy for multiple years being safeguarded by the faithful believers. We learn that the priest was eventually taken to gulag and even then was singing hymns of worship to GOD Almighty having to no longer hide himself from the Soviet Bolsheviks.

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn was surprised by how righteous individuals did not have fear and instead persevered with courage and valor. The priest actually did not like being hidden and instead was ready to persevere despite persecution. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn was amazed by the strength and courage of righteous Christians to persevere with boldness despite opposition and envy. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn described how there were multiple individuals that persevered not fearing and having serenity to keep preaching and speaking truth. Another older woman also did not betray a priest (called a metropolitan) and never told the Soviet Bolsheviks the place where the priest had taken refuge outside of the Soviet Union. She did not betray nor give any information about the priest who fled to another region.

Martinson

 Martinson

The Soviet Union was one big camp.”-(page 253)

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn described how the truth was not allowed to be spoken by the Soviets because individuals would learn about the truth. We learn about the story of Nina who was taken to gulag for having written a humorous rhyme about preferring that the Soviet studies where interrupted instead of Church. We learn that the truth was not well received by Soviets. We learn that humor also was not something that was liked by Soviets socialists.

In the story of Martinson, we learn that he was taken to gulag for saying that the Soviet Union was one big camp. The individual had stated that essentially the Soviet Union under Stalin was gulag. For speaking the truth, the Soviet socialists took the individual Martinson to gulag for ten years. This is interesting because Christianity speaks about the importance of speaking truth. In the Soviet Union, individuals needed to speak temporary lies so that they did not get taken to gulag. However, we learn that even Bolshevik Soviets were taken to gulag.

We learn that socialism does not like that individuals preach truth or that individuals have a sense of humor. We learned that everything was offensive to the socialists and describes the hipocrisy of socialism. We learn that while the socialists advocated for a “utopia” in the Soviet Union, it was actually far from a real utopia. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn described how individuals could not express their faith to others because they would be taken to gulag. Individuals also could not speak truth because then individuals would not want to practice idolatry.

We learn that socialism did not help individuals and instead led to envy and coveting. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn described how for making a single comment about the Soviet Union being essentially a big camp, Martinson was taken to gulag. We learn that freedom of speech was not allowed in the Soviet Union and describes the discrepancy and incongruency between the temporary lies of socialism and the truth seen in Christianity.
