Johann Sebastian Bach

 Johann Sebastian Bach

Bach was another of the greatest composers of the last century. Similar to Beethoven and Vivaldi, Bach was a Christian believer. Bach wanted his work to glorify the Creator and encourage individuals. His works of art are also impressive and quite distinct from Beethoven's and Vivaldi's. Despite worshiping GOD Almighty through their music, their works of art were distinct.

Bach wrote the Cello Suites that are among his greatest works. Bach used the cello with a fast tempo and made distinctive pieces of music. Bach wrote and spoke about how his music was created to worship GOD Almighty. Bach became one of the greatest classical musicians for deciding to worship GOD Almighty with his musical compositions.

Bach's music is more cheerful and attempts to gladden the heart. Bach may have also intended to encourage music listeners instead of discouraging them. (In the times that we live in, it is better to listen to encouraging music rather than music with low tempo, low bpm, discouraging idolatrous lyrics, and with so many sharp and flat notes that has the intention to discourage.)

Bach is among the greatest yet also is very different from Vivaldi. Bach is different from Beethoven. Yet they are completely impressive in their classical music. We also do not need to fight over which classical musician is the greatest being that they worshiped GOD Almighty with their music. Instead we can appreciate how each can be so impressive and yet distinct. (The snake hates and envies classical music being that it is impressive and distinct due to the composers being Christian. It has attempted to say that classical music is outdated, archaic, and boring being that it is among the most unique types of genres with authenticity that has never been diminished by the passing of time. Classical music is also quite complex and requires substantial dedication and discipline to master.)

Abraham Lincoln

Abraham Lincoln

“Whatever you are, be a good one.” – Abraham Lincoln

Abraham Lincoln will always be remembered as one of the best presidents in the history of the United States. He united a divided country, freed the people, and made friends of his enemies. With all these accomplishments, it is difficult to know that Lincoln actually endured many failures. However, he strove to continue regardless of the circumstances. He lost a few political races, his first girlfriend passed away, his first businesses did not succeed, he lost a family member, he was overlooked and ridiculed by many people for his appearance and demeanor. It is speculated he suffered from melancholy or maybe even depression. Yet, Abraham Lincoln did not let any of these circumstances change his inner beliefs. He was going to do good in this life regardless of the circumstances. And good he did.

“My dream is of a place and a time where America will once again be seen as the last best hope of earth.” – Abraham Lincoln

He succeeded in life by going forward with everything he placed his mind to be. He taught himself law by reading books in his cabin. He learned to be one of the best story tellers of the time and poetry writer. He was liked and adored by many. Even when he was ridiculed by people, those same people were later astonished by the hidden genius inside Lincoln. Among these accomplishments, Lincoln rose to the occasion when the country needed him the most. When civilization was collapsing under the wait of sedition and internal strife, Lincoln accepted the responsibility to unify the country.

“You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading today.” – Abraham Lincoln

Abraham Lincoln decided to accomplish the most difficult task at the time. With a Civil War starting, Lincoln took his best team of advisors and mounted strategies to unify the country. To say the least, his advisors, were not his friends. They were rather opponents but Lincoln knew the importance of seeing the world from multiple view points. He made sure to use his advisors to learn strategies and know information to make better points. He left ego at home and decided to work together with his political opponents to make a more perfect union. That is something unheard of in today’s times. Instead of uniting together for our own betterment, we are being harnessed to attack each other. We must learn what Lincoln did.

“Do I not destroy my enemies when I make them my friends.” – Abraham Lincoln

Abraham Lincoln knew that he needed to unite the country and he did with the help of his cabinet. He freed those that were in bondage and fought for a nation that would honor every life the same. He worked to reconstruct the nation that was damaged from within. He will be remembered as the unifier and restorer of the union among the many great accomplishments he did.

Lincoln Was a Self Made Man

Lincoln was not born into wealth and instead worked hard to rise above his circumstances. It is noted that Abraham Lincoln was able to work at multiple jobs in order to improve his circumstances. Lincoln was born in a cabin in the backwoods of Kentucky and strove to be a better person each and every day. It is noted that Lincoln was a Christian who read the Sacred Scriptures and also worked hard to progress in life. It is noted that Abraham Lincoln worked multiple jobs and kept being self-didactic. Lincoln would walk miles to borrow books and keep learning. It is noted that Lincoln taught himself law. Lincoln also worked from shopkeeping to surveying before entering politics.

Lincoln lost the Illinois race for the Senate in 1858 after seven debates with Stephen Douglas. Despite not winning the Senate seat, he decided to keep persevering and eventually became the Republican nominee and elected President of the United States. Lincoln was respected by people for being honest, humble, and having a sense of humor. Lincoln seemed to be the ideal man to keep the Union intact and remove slavery and racism from the United States. As Lincoln was entering the Presidency, there was conflict and division over the issue of slavery. Lincoln would persist and govern righteously during his two terms ending slavery in the United States and also uniting a once divided nation.

Lincoln Was Resilient and Harmonious

The Civil War became inevitable after individuals began to understand that slavery is an unjust economic model in both the North and the South. Attempts were made to prevent the war, but once Lincoln was president and there was no intent to abolish slavery from the South, Civil War began. Lincoln was the only president who could have led the Union to victory and also heal the Union after the war ended. Lincoln was impressive because while the southern states ceceded and attempted to prevent abolitionism from occuring, Lincoln kept leadership despite Davis' attempt to usurp the presidency. Lincoln had great persistence and kept positivity. Lincoln's army would battle Davis' army and while initially had difficult battles, would end up winning the war fighting against injustice and racism.

Davis' cause argued for the continuation of slavery, printing of paper money that had no value, and a hypocritical draft that wanted the individuals of modest means in the South to fight the war while wealthy southerners decided to not be involved in the battlefield. The Southerners who saw that paper money was being printed without the backing of gold nor silver decided to not help the Confederate soldiers knowing that the money was worthless. They hid their resources and denied helping the Confederacy. Instead, they were happy when they saw Yankee soldiers from the North and even provided resources. There were Southerners who did not help the Confederacy. Other Southerners decided to not participate in the draft seeing that it was a war fought by individuals of modest resources while the wealthy southerners could skip the draft. Inequality also was at work against the Confederacy soldiers. A Confederacy that cherished inequality could not persist. After the Emancipation Proclamation that ended slavery, African Americans in the South were freed. Some went to the North, and others stayed to fight against the South. Davis' cause had imploded from its source: racism and inequality. Lincoln defeated the South and ended the war. He made sure that the Southern states could re-enter the Union without slavery. The Southern states re-entered the Union. Lincoln was working on plans for Reconstruction when socialists could not stand his bravery, persistence, sense of humor, and egalitarianism. Lincoln was definitely one of the best presidents of the United States.

A Team of Rivals

"With malice toward none, with charity for all, with firmness in the right as GOD gives us to see the right."- From Lincoln's Second Inaugural Address

It is a well known fact that Abraham Lincoln was different from the rest yet remained humble. Lincoln would go through much adversity throughout his life and never quit. Lincoln decided to persevere with faith being that Lincoln was a Christian. While not being born into a rich family, Lincoln became self-didactic and improved throughout the years. Lincoln was able to outgrow the hardships and evolve into a humble and impressive individual. Lincoln was a pioneer being able to see that slavery did not benefit the United States.

Lincoln was able to create a cabinet that included rivals who disdained Lincoln. This is documented in multiple sources including in the book Team of Rivals. Lincoln saw that enmity and conflict do not help anyone and even turned his enemies into friends. He included in his cabinet individuals that did not like Lincoln. This was because Lincoln did not have envy nor did he compare himself to anyone. It is quite possible that one of the cabinet members who envied Lincoln may have plotted against Lincoln. This is because everything that Lincoln accomplished was impressive. After the Civil War had concluded and the Union had offered the Confederate states to rejoin the Union without slavery, Lincoln looked to heal the Union. He probably was looking to help everyone prosper and when Reconstruction was beginning to take place, he was shot by John Wilkes Booth. John Wilkes Booth would be assassinated twelve days later after having assassinated Abraham Lincoln. It is quite possible that Lincoln was envied for looking to improve the Union through Reconstruction without hate, racism, envy, and strife. (We can appreciate Lincoln's positive example and also learn that we need to avoid negative and conflict causing individuals that are socialists and idolators. We do not need to hate anyone and only hate evil. It is possible that one of the cabinet members was a socialist and disdained Lincoln for being a great president and uniting the nation without racism. Lincoln probably was ready to implement amazing legislation to unite the nation and build up based on empathy and positivity when racist socialists probably opposed and plotted against Lincoln. It is noted that five days after the Civil War ended, Abraham Lincoln was assassinated and Jim Crowe laws were added. We can choose to practice empathy but be far apart from socialist snakes who do not want to help others.)

George Orwell

 George Orwell

Interpretacion a otros lenguajes

George Orwell was a literary critic and writer that wrote many essays and books. We learn that one of the most important books that George Orwell wrote was 1984 that describes a dystopian society where individuals are not allowed to think for themselves, and technology has attempted to remove autonomy, freedom, and empathy. We learn that George Orwell wrote against totalitarianism and communism.

George Orwell wrote about the flaws and lies of communism that attempted to "appear" to help when in reality attempted to lead to hypocrisy, decreased autonomy, decreased empathy, and suppression of free thinking and the free market. We learn that "wrong-think" is a word derived from "group-think". "Wrong-think" signifies in 1984 the hatred from communist and totalitarian sycophants of individuals who think for themselves. Any thought that was different, unique, and non-conformist was deemed "wrong-think" by the totalitarian and communist dictators and sycophants. "Group-think" describes the inability of an individual to think for oneself and instead leads to the individual to choose to go along with the crowd that is common of sycophants. We learn that this describes oppressive and totalitarian dystopias that fail to help individuals and instead lead to difficulties, stagnation, vices, and destruction of the wicked in the long run seen in the collapse of the Soviet Union and Nazi socialism. This describes the importance of practicing responsibility along with autonomy so that autonomy does not lead to iniquity. 1984 describes the manner that communism and totalitarianism uses lies to cause individuals to believe things that are never true.

"Then the face of Big Brother faded away again, and instead the three slogans of the Party stood out in bold capitals:

WAR is PEACE

FREEDOM IS SLAVERY

IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH"- 1984 (page 17)

In 1984, George Orwell describes an individual who is able to think for himself and resist the indoctrination of totalitarianism and communist like "group-think". Although, George Orwell wrote 1984 in 1949, the book is a warning against placing all hope and faith on repressive and totalitarian systems that only look to cause difficulties and stagnation.

George Orwell's critique for totalitarianism and communism is seen in 1984 where technology is used as a method to remove autonomy and freedom from individuals. We are able to understand the importance of free thinking, autonomy, freedom, and also responsibility. We are able to realize that with autonomy there is also the need to practice responsibility.

George Orwell's Criticism of Socialism

“It had always been assumed that if the capitalist class were expropiated, socialism must follow; and unquestionably the capitalists had been expropiated. Factories, mines, land, houses, transport- everything had been taken away from them; and because these things were no longer private property, it must follow that they must be public property.”- (page 170)

George Orwell was able to criticize socialism in 1984. George Orwell described that socialism “appeared” to “favor” the working class while actually looking to prevent true capitalism from helping individuals improve themselves. George Orwell described how socialism is essentially the same as monopoly “capitalism” because the intention is to prevent individuals from all classes from improving themselves. We learn from history that socialism has never worked in all the nations that it has been implemented. Instead of creating a utopia, there is a bureaucracy that leads to dystopia. George Orwell was aware of this and wrote extensively about the dangers of socialism that only “appears” to want to “benefit” individuals, when the intention is to attempt to falsely accuse others, attempt to steal coveted resources, and lead to conflict. We learn that the history of the Soviet Union describes this in great detail in the Gulag Archipelago by Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. The socialists appeared to have “good intentions” while harboring hate, envy, bitterness, and coveting. We learn that we can leave socialism in the past and persevere obeying the commandments of Moses.

George Orwell describes in 1984 how socialism had caused for there to be no private property. There was only monopoly “capitalism” that is essentially socialism that seeked to prevent individuals from improving themselves. We learn that 1984 describes the truth of how socialism leads to barrenness and dystopia. Individuals could not create or be self-sufficient because that would cause envy and coveting. There were attempts to prevent individuals from learning, practicing autonomy, speaking truth, and having privacy. The socialism of 1984 did not just covet material resources, but also attempted to prevent individuals from being autonomous, truthful, self-didactic, and having privacy. Conversations were overheard by the Thought Police, and frienemies could essentially be Inner Party informants. The protagonist Winston described how he did not trust Parsons and Syme who were most likely informants. Winston described how if he decided to take a different route to a store or visit a new place, informants were listening and seeing his movements. Winston noticed that he was followed on different occasions and that informants were looking to overhear and observe his movements due to his actions including going to different locations and asking individuals about the past. The socialists did not want individuals knowing the truth about how individuals lived in the past because that would cause individuals to question the false narrative of the socialists. Big Brother had created “utopia” in 1984 through lies and if individuals knew the truth, then individuals would question the reality. We learn that Winston recalled that in the past there was abundance and goodness compared to the present. Yet, it was dangerous to say this because there were informants who were looking to accuse individuals who spoke truth. In socialism, there is the “appearance” of utopia while actually living under dystopia.

“Therefore, from the point of view of the new groups who were on the point of seizing power, human equality was no longer an ideal to be striven after, but a danger to be averted.”- (page 168)

George Orwell's Criticism of Technology

George Orwell was able to describe the manner that technology needed to be used with responsibility. We learn that George Orwell wrote against the misuse of technology and also against the dangers of socialism. In 1984, technology is used to attempt to remove freedom and liberty from individuals. We learn about individuals needing to participate in community activities whenever they were not at work or sleeping so that they did not have time for themselves. This was with the intention to lead to sycophantic behavior and prevent the individual from realizing the truth. We learn that specific activities were looked down upon. We learn that writing, reading truthful books, and solitary exercising was looked down upon. Reading books that spoke truth were destroyed and only approved and revised versions of the books were allowed. If individuals did not participate in community activities, they were accused of being traitors. Individualistic activities that reinforced the need to be independant and self-sufficient such as reading, writing, and learning were seen as dangerous to the socialist state. Big Brother was the individual that was the leader of the socialist technologic dystopia. We learn about the face of Big Brother that was an individual that was placed in advertisement boards and posters with the slogan “Big Brother is watching”. This describes the use of technology to attempt to lead to decreased freedom. Individuals in 1984 knew that they were being watched and that the intention was not to help the individual. We learn that individuals had a specific time during the day in which the television turned on by itself and led the individuals to listen to specific propaganda messages. This was with the intention to see and listen to the individual’s reaction to said propaganda. Individuals were always beeing watched through technology and informants.

If the individual reacted negatively or spoke negatively against the propaganda of the system, the Thought Police would remove the individual from society. George Orwell described the need to be weary and cautious about technology since it can be used to cause difficulties, decrease freedom, and lead to enslavement seen in the manner that individuals did not have freedom of speech and could not voice their true opinions for fear of being removed. George Orwell described that even a facial expression could cause the Thought Police to remove an individual. This describes that not even voicing an opinion, but a facial expression of disapproval was enough to remove the individual from existence. 1984 is fiction, yet describes the need to be skeptical of idolatry seen in the worship of technology. We are able to know that George Orwell saw the incongruencies and hypocrisy of socialism in his time and was able to describe the need to not believe socialist and communist temporary lies.

Misuse of Technology and Informants in 1984

George Orwell described how in 1984 there were informants in addition to the use of technology to overhear and see individuals. The informants were in the form of the thought police or frienemies, individuals that “appeared to want to help” while actually being quite egoistic and parasitical. We learned about Syme and Parsons who were individuals that were negative and quite narcissistic. They were not to be trusted and were constantly asking the protagonist for favors. Aside from informants, we learned that the televisions were able to listen to and watch individuals. The televisions or telescreens were able to be turned on at a specific times of the day to lead to the listening of propaganda. We learn that the telescreens also were able to watch the individual. Despite having technological methods to reduce autonomy and freedom, there were also informants in 1984. This is interesting noting how technology use needs to be moderated by an individual so that the individual has control over technology and not the other way around. We learn to understand the use of technology yet not allow technology to become idolatry nor allow technology to restrict autonomy.

This is an interesting topic that George Orwell wrote about in 1949 describing how he had seen socialist nations attempt to restrict the autonomy and freedom of its citizens. George Orwell wrote extensively against socialist totalitarianism and fascism. We learn to understand that while technology can be used for good in order to learn science, history, literature, mathematics, languages, and integrity for the betterment of oneself and society, it can also be misused for decreasing autonomy, freedoms, liberties, and understanding. We can learn from 1984 about the need to persevere understanding that technology is a tool that can be used for good, but that must also be controlled by the individual.

The Use of Informants in 1984

George Orwell described in 1984 about how there was distrust against informants and the thought police. There were helicopters that zoomed near buildings to see what individuals were doing. George Orwell described how individuals were not allowed to speak their mind because of the informants that existed. The thought police consisted of individuals that would falsely accuse other individuals concerning being traitors to the state while, in reality, they were attempting to prevent the truth from being spoken. The protagonist, Winston Smith, described that certain individuals lile Parsons and Syme could not be trusted because they were probably members of the totalitarian socialists in 1984. We learn that the fictious characters would ask Winston if he had specific basic items (for example shaving blades) to give them being that it was known that the items were decreasing in availability. While the propaganda from the telescreens stated that the items needed were abundundant, the reality was that they were not. The propaganda was changed constantly so that there was always a positive note being displayed, yet the propaganda was based on lies. We learn that lies were told by propaganda and the informants.

The informants were particularly negative and deceitful. Parsons would ask for favors to Winston constantly. In a specific occasion, Winston helped Parson's wife fix the sink in the apartment and was attacked by the children of Parson and accused of being a traitor by the children of Parson. Winston recalled how Parson's wife looked tired and weary from the misbehaving children. Winston described how the children would probably become informants and falsely accuse Parson's wife in the future. Parson's children also were impolite, misbehaved, and abusive, yet were encouraged instead of disciplined. The children were encouraged to participate in the Junior Spy League that taught them how to falsely accuse individuals of being traitors. George Orwell described how in socialism there are a lot informants and lies. This is interesting because in the Soviet Union, children were also informants and were able to falsely accuse adults. The codes of false accusations was given in three letter combinations so that even children could know what false accusation to use based on socialist lies.

Female Informants and Avoiding Lust

In 1984, George Orwell described that there were informants that attempted to accuse other individuals based on lies and envy. Informants followed Winston around to know if he took an alternate route to work or visited a different location. This was so that the informants could snitch to their managers so that the false system could maintain itself seeing that it did not like that the truth was spoken. We learned about Syme and Parsons who were false friends and actually informants who followed Winston around. There was also a female informant Julia who followed Winston around also. Julia appeared to be innocent and righteous while being adulterous and a snitch. Julia would follow Winston around with the intention of snitching and also tempting to lust.

1984 describes the need to be highly skeptical of socialists and communists who may be informants. Julia was a socialist who attempted to tempt Winston to practice fornication. We learn that Julia did not actually love or care about Winston and only looked to remove him. It is implied that Julia had a relationship with a socialist sycophant. Julia was also adulterous and an informant. 1984 tells us to be highly skeptical of socialist informants who envy others and female feminists/socialists who try to tempt to sin and idol worship.

Temporary Lies and Propaganda

George Orwell described how the propaganda stated that there was an abundance of material resources when in reality there was scarcity and the numbers were fabricated. This is consistent with Soviet socialist countries that stated that there was abundance when in reality there was scarcity based on the sins and vices being practiced. The envy and persecution against the most industrious did not help also. In 1984, there were multiple reports stating that each year had an increase of resources (for example boots) and positive numbers when, in reality, the numbers were lies. The lies not only applied to material resources but also to different stories concerning the perfect socialist society that existed in 1984. We learn that Winston was able to realize that the numbers were fabricated. He recognized that the numbers seemed rather false and were not truth.

Winston described how there was constant war between the three major nations. While Oceania was at war with Eurasia for multiple years, there were new reports that stated that Oceania was never at war with Eurasia and instead it was Eastasia. Such reports needed to be changed and it was Winston's job to constantly change the previous reports to newer reports. This was so that no one could figure out that lies were being told in 1984. This is interesting because George Orwell described the need to speak truth against fascistic and totalitarian socialism that attempts to lead to difficulties due to the authoritarianism and arbitrariness that exists. George Orwell hated socialism and was able to describe the discrepancies between the truth and the falseness of socialism.

Controlled Opposition

1984 describes how a certain individual who appeared to be against Big Brother was actually also a socialist. Emmanuel Goldstein was a supposed resistance fighter against Big Brother but was actually a part of the Inner Party. Goldstein appeared in the Two Minute Hate to cause negative emotions in socialist members. The Two Minute Hate was also a test to see if individuals participated having negative emotions or controlled the negative emotions. Those who controlled and dominated the emotions were vaporized. The fake system did not want individuals regulating and dominating the emotions seeing through the temporary lies of socialism.

1984 teaches us to not believe the lies and deception of fake socialists who may be fake like Goldstein. Goldstein was controlled opposition despite being touted as a fighter of freedom.

The Two Minute Hate

“In the long run, a hierarchical society was only possible on the basis of poverty and ignorance.”- (page 157)

George Orwell described in 1984 how hate and envy were needed in order to prevent individuals from improving. We learn that individuals within society in 1984 needed to attend the two minute hate propaganda in a theater or else be removed or vaporized. The Two Minute Hate consisted of a video of individuals that were enemies of Oceania. The warring soldiers of Eurasia were shown in the movie in order to stoke fear, hate, and anger. Individuals were encouraged to hiss, yell, and throw objects at the movie screen in order to foment hate. George Orwell described with great detail the manner that the socialist state wanted individuals to have anger, bitterness, resentment, and hate for no reason. Individuals were encouraged to participate in the two minute hate or else be deemed traitors.

"The problem was how to keep the wheels of industry turning without increasing the real wealth of the world. Goods must be produced, but they not need be distributed. And in practice the only way of achieving this was by continous warfare. The essential act of war is destruction, not necessarily of human lives, but of the products of human labor. War is a way of shattering into pieces, or pouring into the stratosphere, or sinking in the depths of the sea, materials that might be used..."- (page 157)

George Orwell was able to describe how socialism and communism wants individuals to have negative emotions instead of positive emotions. 1984 describes how individuals needed to participate in negative activities in order to not be considered seditious. Individuals in the movie theater would scream and hate for no reason. The movie described how Eurasia was the enemy of Oceania and needed to be defeated. This is with the reality that there was always war going on between Oceania and Eurasia. This describes how the socialist state only wanted negative emotions out of people instead of actually fomenting loyalty or patriotism. Winston described the manner that there was always war with other countries and that it was not about loyalty and instead about having negative emotions for no reason. George Orwell described the manner that he preferred pacifism to war. 1984 describes the absurdities of war and hate.

“As for the problem of overproduction, which has been latent in our society since the development of machine technique, it is solved by the device of continuous warfare.”- (page 171)

George Orwell's Criticism of War

“Even when weapons of war are not actually destroyed, their manufacture is still a convenient way of expending labor power without producing anything that can be consumed.”- (page 157)

George Orwell was against authoritarianism, fascism, totalitarianism, and socialism. In 1984, we are able to see how warfare was used as a method of dividing people into different groupings so that they had hate and anger. George Orwell describes the reality of war being that it does not help anyone and only leads to difficulties. George Orwell was a pacifist who was against socialism and warfare. Pacifism describes the importance of living in harmony with one another understanding that there is no need for unnecessary conflict and division. We learn that true pacifists have spoken against war and the use of war knowing that it is not something that helps humanity. We learn that war is usually a last option and can be avoided through empathy, understanding, filial love, and dialogue. In 1984, war was so common that it was difficult to know when there were no wars in the past. We learn that there were three large nations that comprised the world. The nation of Oceania that was the Americas, Eurasia that was Europe, and Eastasia that was essentially Asia. The three nations were always at war. George Orwell described how warfare was used to produce goods that citizens could not use and was with the intention of not producing abundance of goods for the majority. This was with the intention to prevent individuals from living in harmony.

"If he were allowed contact with foreigners he would discover that they are creatures similar to himself and that most of what he had been told about them is lies. The sealed world in which he lives would be broken, and the fear, hatred, and self-righteousness on which his morale depends might evaporate."- (page 162)

There was also the description of how Big Brother and the Inner Party attempted to prevent individuals from learning about other cultures and other nations so that there would be enmity and strife instead of genuine empathy and harmony. This describes that division and war was used to cause negative emotions in individuals. If individuals decided to learn about other cultures and nations, individuals would understand that there is no need to hate others based on their nationality or ethnicity. 1984 described that the Thought Police and Inner Party attempted to prevent individuals from learning the truth because then individuals would realize that there is no need for hate, envy, strife, and conflict. George Orwell describes that individuals from Oceania were not allowed to learn about Eurasia and the only thing that could be safely mobilized between nation borders were bombs. This criticism is interesting because we learn that there is no need to hate others based on their race, ethnicity, or place where they were born. Instead we can learn from other cultures and nations so that we have empathy for others seeing how we are created to love GOD Almighty and respect humanity instead of being in conflict and strife without reason.

Selena

 Selena

Selena was one of the most popular and best musicians in the late 80s and early 90s. Selena helped create and/or popularize Tex-Mex music. Selena was a Tex-Mex singer, dancer, and musician. Being young and talented, Selena began singing at a young age. She became a solo artist and obtained popularity for being talented. Selena would be able to make music in both Spanish and English with positivity and romantic lyrics.

Selena was rising to be one of the biggest musicians of the United States in the late 80s. She was dedicated and kept making new songs along with offering concerts. Most of her songs are about romantic love and have good rhythm that they are also noted to lead to dancing. Selena songs are quite positive and have fast music rhythms.

There are theories that state that Selena no longer wanted to work at her music production company, with her manager, or both. Her manager at the production company was Yolanda who stated that she was Selena's number one fan. Yolanda became angry and could not live with the fact that Selena wanted to be independant from her production company, manager, or both. Yolanda became obsessive and angry over Selena's decision.

Yolanda would then proceed to shoot Selena in the back and murder the amazing singer. Yolanda was probably a socialist who could not live with the fact that she was no longer required as a manager. Yolanda could have decided to create and manage another musician and allow Selena to live her life. Due to envy, Yolanda became possessive and shot Selena probably thinking that if she could not manage her then no one else could. Selena would die at a young age yet is remembered for being a Tex-Mex talent who was unique and different. Selena was remembered in a biographical film titled with her name and describes the life of the singer. (We are reminded to avoid envious socialists who do not have empathy and resent others. Socialists can also appear to be friendly while actually being obsessive, resentful, envious, and covetous.)

Margaret Mitchell

The Creators, Directors, and Producers of Gone With the Wind

Margaret Mitchell wrote and created the book Gone With the Wind. Gone With the Wind is one of the most impressive books in literature because it is historical fiction that describes how racism and war are unneeded. Mitchell's impressive book described the realities of warfare and how war is not good. The book describes the time after the Civil War and Lincoln's assassination. While the Union was beginning to heal and be reconstructed, we learn that racism still existed.

The book described how life was not perfect then because of the practice of racism. It is noted that there was significant racism in the South and how racism is also not needed in life. Gone With the Wind described the reality of war seeing how both sides were devastated by the war. (The Civil War was a war of necessity due to the need to end slavery and racism.) However the book details about how warfare, in general, is not a solution to problems. The Reconstructed South had tremendous setbacks and had to be rebuilt.

Gone With the Wind, initially, described an amazing female protagonist who did not get discouraged and was positive. Despite going through difficulties from having to rebuild, Scarlett O' Hara, has optimism and keeps persevering. Scarlet is a different character that also detailed the feminist psychology in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Scarlett was also quite fickle having the affection of males, yet did not care about the males that liked her. Instead she liked another individual who did not like her.

Gone With the Wind describes how racism and warfare are not positive and do not help. Scarlett persists to rebuild despite the setbacks and difficulties of the Civil War. We learn about different individuals who were of dubious character and parasitic in the racist idolators (while appearing to be Christian, the racists were actually idolators), carpetbaggers, and scalawags who were essentially idolators who loved money above everything including loyalty. Racist idolators hated that slavery was abolished and seceded from the Union. Once the Southern states were readmitted to the Union, racist idolators turned to envy and hate because they needed to change from their dependency of unjust labor. Carpetbaggers were deceitful northerners who went to the South and attempted to steal money while appearing kind and compassionate. Scalawags were individuals who made money from being opportunistic in the Civil War not having loyalty to either side and only caring about making money. Scalawags obtained resources and went to either side selling military resources only caring about money. Essentially carpetbaggers and scalawags were idolatrous socialists in those times. It may have been that racist socialists and/or money loving idolators (it is difficult to say if there is separation between both forms of idolatry) were who planned the assassination of Abraham Lincoln for actually wanting to improve the United States by ending slavery, promoting equality, and caring about his citizens instead of loving money and inequality (iniquity).

Gone With The Wind, the Film

Gone With the Wind was made into a blockbuster film that won multiple Academy Awards in 1939. Gone With the Wind had fifteen script writers, three separate directors, and thousands of intricate costumes from the Civil War era. It was one of the most impressive films of all times for being able to describe the truth about how pacifism is desired to warfare. (The Civil War was justified because racism has no place in civil society.) Yet the film also described how there were socialist individuals who only cared about making money once the war was over. They did not want the war to end and for the nation to heal. They wanted continual warfare so that they could keep making money. (This describes the individuals who love unneeded warfare seen in Vietnam and other wars.)

The film was impressive because it was able to reprise the Civil War era with impressive cinematography. It was five or six hours long and was denoted to be an impressive project by the makers of the movie. The film also described how Scarlett was a feminist who wanted to lead. The film described that while having multiple suitors, she wanted the man that did not want her. Once she had the man that did not want her, she did not want him anymore (This describes the irrationality of marxist-feminism.) Scarlett finally falls in love with, Rhett Butler, a scalawag, who is not a saint yet also does not allow for Scarlet to lead him and manipulate him (While scalawags were negative in history, in the fictious film, Butler is described as a man that has self respect and is not manipulated by Scarlett.) Butler cares for Scarlett yet knows that she is opportunistic. Scarlett marries Butler and they have a child, yet Scarlett does not care about her daughter. Once her daughter dies from falling of a horse, Scarlett does not care and Butler sees that Scarlett is a narcissist. Butler leaves Scarlett after she has no feelings about her daughter, and describes how there are women that are not good and should be avoided.

Marxist-Feminism and Narcissism

Scarlett did not care about her daughter and actually saw her as competition. The film and book describe how marxist-feminists do not care about their children. Scarlett hated and envied her daughter for having the filial love of Rhett Butler. Butler loved his daughter and cared about her. Instead of Scarlett caring about her family, she despised and resented having a daughter. Butler acknowledges this and is confused with how Scarlett could be so cynical and envious. When Scarlett's daughter dies, she does not mourn and does not care. Scarlett is a marxist-feminist who only cares about herself and not others. Scarlett initially is presented as a positive individual who has to rebuild despite adversity, yet it is found out at the end of the film that she is actually narcissistic, egoistic, callous, and idolatrous.

Butler realizes that Scarlett is worse than what she appeared to be. Butler sees that Scarlett did not care about her daughter and saw her as competition instead of her child that needed affection and a stable environment in which to live. Scarlett only cares about how she is seen by others and not about her family. Butler realizes this and decides to leave Scarlett. Butler is an impressive character who is able to have self-respect and does not cater to Scarlett's fickle whims. Scarlett has been denoted as a role model for socialist feminists and may describe why the film was removed from streaming services. (Socialists removed the film in the 2010s not out of feeling offended for the racism of those times since socialists are racists, but because they did not want individuals learning about marxist-feminist psychology seen in Scarlett's example. Marxist-feminists were saying that all women are perfect when that is not true. Gone With the Wind also describes marxist psychology in the carpetbaggers, scalawags, and radical racist feminists like Scarlett denoted at the end of the film and book.)

Deceitfulness in the Scalawags

The scalawags had boats and ran trading routes in both the North and South. They loved war because they made money not caring about human lives. Butler was a scalawag who loves money, yet the love of money causes him to meet Scarlett and like Scarlett. Scarlett was attracted to Butler because of his money. Scarlett was not a good person despite appearing to have manners being egoistic. The only positives of Butler was that he loved his daughter and did not let himself be manipulated by Scarlett. Scarlett goes from being the protagonist to a villain for describing how she only cared about herself, her appearance, and money. Butler while not being a good person, did care about his daughter and had self-respect leaving Scarlett.

Historically, scalawags were scoundrels who appeared to have manners yet cared only about money. Scalawags were essentially criminals who did not care about their country and only cared about paper money. Scalawags were socialists. Gone With the Wind taught the need to be aware of negative individuals that are narcissists and only care about money. Scarlett is a flawed character who cares more about her appearance than her family. Initially, she is portrayed as brave, sociable, and civil but by the end of the film and book, we learn that she is different.

Criticism of Warfare and Racism

Gone With the Wind criticized warfare in general. We learn that pacifism is to be preferred over unecessary and unneeded warfare. The book and film describe that sometimes there are hidden interests by greedy idolators who hate pacifism. Continuous warfare is criticized denoting that it leads to significant attrition of human lives, resources, and harmony. Pacifism is a better method to live and there are multiple options to preventing war such as practicing empathy, filial love, understanding, goodness, and avoiding greed, envy, cowardice, and deceit. The Civil War was inevitable because slavery was understood as unneeded and unjust by Northerners and Southerners alike. Christians took issue with slavery while racist idolators wanted to keep to the same unjust economic model when for decades it was denoted as outdated. Since the late 1770s and early 1800s there were individuals that fought for abolitionism. Only racist idolators did not want to do away with slavery (Idolatry is the source of slavery seen in how slavery was created by idolators in Africa where idolatry was practiced prior to the 1700s. The triangular trade traded rum from the Caribbean, tobacco from the U.S., and slaves from Africa. African idolators enslaved their own citizens and sold them. In the U.S., Christians fought against slavery while racist idolators in America did not want to abolish slavery. There is further iteration of how idolatry is not good. Idolatry is not a good system and in the US the Native Americans who did practice idolatry where hostile attacking Pilgrim and Puritan settler compounds.)

Gone With the Wind described the realities of warfare and even went further in describing the opportunistic and parasitic scalawags who made money from warfare. The scalawags did not care about humans and only cared about paper money. Scalawags had no loyalty to anyone and betrayed in order to make money. (A prototype of socialism). While socialism was not technically known at the time being that there was no socialist party in the 1860s, the practice of idolatry leads to similar behavior seen in socialism. Racist idolators, scalawags, and carpetbaggers were deceitful and practiced idol worship. Socialists have said that racist southerners were Christian, yet Christians do not preach hate and envy. Lincoln preached equality and equity being a true Christian. We have seen throughout history how true Christians practice genuine empathy and equality while fake christians foment inequality, envy, hate, division, and strife. Not all Southerners were racist, yet there were idolatrous racist southerners. There were also Christian Southerners who were in favor of the abolition movement and who supported the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s. There were also racist southerners who still were living in the 1860s in the 1960s who could not understand equality and equity. Despite the obstacles, set-backs, and opposition that idolatry has caused throughout history, Christians have kept fighting for equality and pacifism. Idolatry is the source of racism and inequality. Gone With the Wind described how racism and warfare are not needed.

Anne Sullivan

 Anne Sullivan

Anne Sullivan was the tutor of Helen Keller who taught her how to read in Braille and use a manual alphabet when Keller was born deaf and blind. Keller had difficulty being understood until Anne Sullivan helped her from the Perkins Institute of the Blind. Sullivan had been trained by the Institute and kept encouraging Keller.

Sullivan did not give up on Keller who was able to persist in her vocation. Sullivan persevered with patience and determination knowing that she was making a positive difference in Keller's life. Keller and Sullivan were able to communicate due to Sullivan's instruction.

Keller was able to persist and thrive cherishing education and learning. Due to the support of Anne Sullivan, Keller was able to be a spokeswoman for the American Foundation of the Blind. Keller would fight for the rights of the blind, individuals with physical disabilities, preach pacifism, and the importance of civil liberties.

Anne Sullivan and Helen Keller were able to accomplish so much good and serve as inspiration to know that positivity is better than negativity and envy. Sullivan encouraged Keller, and Keller was able to have a positive life. We are able to acknowledge and appreciate that genuine empathy is important in life. Discouragements and envy are not needed.

Harriet Tubman

 Harriet Tubman

Harriet Tubman was an African American woman during the time prior to the Civil War who helped Africans Americans from the South escape to the North. Tubman did not care that there were risks in helping African Americans escape slavery in the South. Tubman helped with the Underground Railroad that helped transport individuals to freedom in the North.

There were individuals that helped others improve their lives despite envy and hate from racist socialists. Tubman did not care about the risks and cared more about her bretheren helping them escape and obtain freedom. Tubman was unique and distinct because she described the importance of genuine empathy instead of selfishness and egoism.

Tubman had valor and courage to oppose slavery and racism prior to the times of the Civil War. There were advocates of abolitionism and equality including Frederick Douglas and Abraham Lincoln who opposed slavery and called it immoral. Tubman decided to hide individuals from slave owners in the South and transport them on railroads that went to the North.

Tubman helped free close to more than 30 individuals in the South. Civil War became inevitable when Christian President Abraham Lincoln described that slavery could not persist in 1865. Racism was condemned by Lincoln and denounced. Confederate president Davis led the Confederate states of the South to fight against Lincoln and the Union. Davis along with advocates of slavery were blinded by envy and racism, and the Confederacy declined. There were obvious incongruencies by the Confederates who stated that young men and individuals of modest means needed to fight in the war while owners of more than 15 slaves were exempt from joining the ranks of soldiers in the Confederacy (This described how racism is unequal in multiple forms). Southerners began to see and call the Confederate struggle unequal seeing that rich Southerners decided to not fight in the battlefield (The same Southerners who did not fight in the war may have been the advocates of Jim Crowe laws after Lincoln's assassination and Johnson's presidency). The Union would defeat the Confederacy based on fighting for equality and morality while the Confederacy crumbled under the weight of its own racism and hate. (The pro-slavery Democrat party would disintegrate and be relegated to non-existence. While there was still racism, the United States was improving shedding the incongruent vestiges of inequality and inegalitarianism. It would take multiple decades for Catholic President JFK and Christian Preacher MLK to eradicate Jim Crowe laws and segregation based on racism and improve the U.S. in the 1960s).
