Spencer Churchill
“Success is not final, failure is not fatal; it is the courage to continue that counts.” – Winston S. Churchill
Winston Spencer Churchill was born in November 30, 1874. He was to become the most important, defiant, and mentally strong leader of the Western world for the 20th century. Among the many adjectives that could describe Winston Churchill, being headstrong in a positive way allowed him to defend the liberties of those in the Western world. When nazi socialist Germany invaded Europe and terrified the world with the enormous signs of destruction, Winston Churchill refused to capitulate. Of all the English leaders in Parliament, Winston Churchill, was the only leader to refuse to sign a treaty with the German leaders. While several English leaders feared Germany and wished to pacify it through forfeiture of sovereignty, Churchill decided to mount a defense to the German might.
“Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.” – Winston Churchill
When most Europe lay crumbling from the attacks of the German armies in World War II, Churchill decided to mount a resistance. He wrote extensively to the United States in favor of getting much needed equipment to defend democracy. He wrote a speech to unite England against the tyranny of the time. He decided to mount soldiers in strategic points to allow time for reinforcements to arrive. To say the least, this will to fight despite all obstacles makes Churchill stand as a defender of Western History.
“Never, never, never, give up.” – Winston Churchill
And what else could we expect from a self-made man. He learned to write, read, and continued to excel at everything that he placed his mind to. Churchill was known to write extensively on multiple subjects from the time he acted as a war correspondent, writing about his experiences in his British army service, to his experiences flying airplanes. Winston Churchill enjoyed living and enjoyed breaking limits. We know so much about him due to his extensive writing ability and volumes of information that he would dictate or write himself. He made sure that his ideas were recorded but also made sure to have fun while at it. Such men are able to lead when history calls for it.
“Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm.” – Winston Churchill
A man of many successes but also of failures. It is impossible to recount the amount of times he was criticized for simply existing. People forgot about him after freeing the Western world from German nazi destruction. He was often ridiculed by his own party or by the opposition party but he remained calm and collected. When a woman complained that he was a drunkard, Winston quickly quipped, “I may be drunk, Miss, but in the morning I will be sober while you will be ugly.” Such quick wit and mental fortitude shows that no one was allowed to have fun at the expense of Churchill.
“If you are going through hell, keep going.” – Winston Churchill
Despite all his supposed eccentricities and peculiarities, Winston Churchill was a leader than united a nation that wanted to fear the enemy. Churchill inspired greatness and fortitude even in the most trying times. His famous speech shows what kind of a man he was. A man that always places one foot in front of the other and continues, no matter the circumstances. A man who did not look to inspire pity or fear but rather unity and cohesion. By resisting World War II Germany, Churchill decided to embrace truth and protect history from being ravaged by evil doctrines. Even after England suffered terrible losses of life through the defense of Europe, it gave time for a nation to come to its rescue and the rest … well here we are speaking English, enjoying a representative democratic republic, with liberties.
Winston Churchill Was Persecuted For Galvanizing the West Against Racism
"I am an optimist. It does not seem too much use being anything else."
Winston Churchill was hated and envied for describing multiple times prior to being Prime Minister the need to repudiate and fight against racism when nazi socialists were beginning to persecute innocent lives. Churchill had to write multiple books and kept writing to prevent bankruptcy being that he was being hated by socialists in England. His house was close to being repossessed for not going along with socialism. The socialists harassed and hated Churchill for not favoring capitulation to Hitler and his deranged racist madness. It is noted that they even placed billboard signs to discourage Churchill from fighting against racism. It seemed that Churchill was fighting an uphill battle and was the only individual among politicans who never believed Hitler's lies. Churchill was given the option by Hitler to meet and discuss a capitulation agreement to which Churchill decided to deny a meeting and was absent from said meeting. Churchill stated that any capitulation to Hitler would be the start of the decline of freedom. Churchill preferred to fight it out than be a henchman of Hitler. Churchill would keep writing amidst intimidation and envy and would eventually be Prime Minister of England.
"I hate nobody except Hitler- and that is professional."
Being Prime Minister of England allowed Churchill to galvanize the United States and Europe to fight against the socialist nazis who appeared to be gaining territory. Despite the opposition, Churchill kept giving speeches and writing for the need to remove nazi socialism that, in fact, is racism. The West decided to fight against Hitler and nazi socialism and was able to describe that bravery and courage are needed. Europe and the United States fought against nazi socialists in the Second World War and were able to vanquish nazi socialism in the 1940s. After nazi socialism had declined, soviet socialism was the next opponent that threatened freedom and autonomy in the world. Churchill was not perfect but he was impressive going against the flow and choosing to be distinct. Churchill was the voice of reason when individuals wanted to capitulate to racism. Churchill would then describe the need to fight against soviet socialism. Churchill's bravery is appreciated for allowing us to know that it is possible to persevere with values and without the need to hate for no reason.
Churchill Never Gave Up
"I knew that the nation had the heart. I had the luck to give the roar."
Churchill became Prime Minister in 1940 and was able to inspire England against Hitler and nazi german racists. Prior to 1940, Churchill had seen how Hitler was a threat. Despite Halifax and other individuals advocating for capitulation to Hitler, Churchill decided to mount a resistance against racism and persecution. While Hitler was praised by nazis and racists in England, Churchill knew that nazism was not needed in the world. Churchill saw through the fake rhetoric of Hitler who used oratory as a method to lead deceived individuals into hate and envy. Hitler also used drugs and alcohol to manipulate individuals into joining the nazi forces. Initially it was under the guise of gymnasiums but it was noted that the nazis gave out free drugs to control individuals. Hitler gave out free drugs to youth in order to tempt them to have anger, bitterness, and think that persecution was a viable option. (Hitler was not German and may have been Jewish. Definitely worked for the snake).
Churchill knew that Hitler was deceitful and unethical. Despite Hitler having invaded multiple European countries in 1939 including France and was advancing towards England, Churchill decided to fight Hitler and his nazi forces. There was doubt as to how England could prevent Hitler from advancing, yet Churchill did not cower. Instead of losing hope, Churchill encouraged England and Western Democracy by stating that, "We will never surrender." England fought Hitler and nazism and never surrendered. The US would enter the war in 1941 and supported Democracy against tyranny. Once Hitler had to actually fight military forces instead of persecuting innocent lives, he decided to end it with cyanide pellets commiting suicide. Hitler persecuted German Christians, Catholics, Jewish individuals, and anyone who disagreed with insanity and cowardice seen in nazism. Hitler was judged by King Jesus Christ seeing how he did not live to more than 40 years of life despite having a large army, tanks, bomber planes, informants, and idolatrous sycophants. Meanwhile Churchill became the hero of the Western World and an example of grit and manliness.
Churchill Criticized and Fought Against Socialism
"Lenin: His sympathies cold and wide as the Arctic Ocean; his hatreds tight as the hangman's noose. His purpose to save the world: his method to blow it up."
"Democracy is the worst system devised by wit of man, except for all the others." (There is definitely sarcasm in the first part of the saying.)
Churchill fought against nazi socialism and helped the West understand the reality of racism and socialism. After the nazi socialists were defeated in the Second World War, soviet socialism began to demonstrate that it also was not trying to help individuals. Churchill again fought against soviet socialism and described the truth of the lying doctrine. Churchill criticized and showed that Lenin was not a good person and was hypocritical. While socialism describes that its intent is to foment peace and prosperity, it actually wants to repress individuality and diversity. Churchill understood this in the 1930s and was able to describe in great detail why democracy may not be perfect yet it is a better option than the worst option possible: socialism.
"Socialism is government of the duds, by the duds, and for the duds."
Churchill was serious in his criticism of socialism. Churchill is also known for having great wit and an amazing sense of humor. He has interesting quotes that describe that socialism should never be idealized acknowledging that Democratic Republics are much better off. Churchill wrote extensively about repudiating socialism in all its forms including nazi socialism and soviet socialism. Churchill described that socialists hate true capitalism because it allows individuals to improve themselves, be happy, and be grateful. Socialists want everyone to be miserable and also want individuals to appreciate being miserable. Socialists do not want others to improve themselves nor help others improve themselves. Churchill described that individuals are meant to get better through healthy competition and empathy seen in true capitalism. Churchill had one of the quickest and most impressive wits being able to repudiate nonsense and envy with humor.
"The inherent "vice" of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings; the inherent "virtue" of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries.
Churchill Was Envied and Opposed by Socialists in the mid 1940s For Fighting Against Socialism
"We must never cease to proclaim in fearless tones the great principles of freedom and the rights of man which are the joint inheritance of the English-speaking world and which through Magna Carta, the Bill of Rights, the Habeas Corpus, trial by jury, and the English common law find their most famous expression in the American Declaration of Independence... All this means that the people of any country have the right, and should have the power by constitutional action, by free unfettered elections, with secret ballot, to choose or change the character or form of government under which they dwell; that freedom of speech and thought should reign; that courts of justice, independent of the executive, unbiased by any party, should administer laws which have received the broad assent of large majorities or are consecrated by time and custom. Here are the title deeds of freedom which should lie in every cottage home. Here is the message of the British and American people to mankind. Let us preach what we practice-let us practice what we preach."- The Churchill Factor (page 273-274)
"The communist parties, which were very small in all these Eastern States of Europe, have been raised to pre-eminence and power far beyond their numbers and are seeking everywhere to obtain totalitarian control... [with] no true democracy (page 275)
Churchill was also hated by socialists in England in 1945 after helping defeat nazi socialists. Churchill described that socialism was not good and helped no one since 1917 and was opposed by the media in the mid 1940s after helping win World War II. Churchill saw that Stalin was maddened by socialism and began to make contentions to fight socialism in 1945 (Churchill saw that communism corroded the socialists and drove them mad.) Churchill wrote a famous speech about the beauty of Democracy and the vices of socialism in 1945 after the war had been won by the Allied Forces. The media took to oppose Churchill calling Churchill a looney "alarmist" for speaking truth about socialism. In the Soviet Union's newspaper, Pravda (that actually wrote lies), he was slandered as a crazy war monger and nazi racist. Stalin also slandered Churchill for calling out his totalitarianism, racism, and madness in dealing with Germany after World War II. Churchill called out the manner that Germans were being sent out of Poland to Germany based on Stalin's envy and racism. Stalin also wanted to murder Germans arbitrarily after the war had ended and Churchill said no. (The fascists, crazies, and racists are the socialists.) The slander from media was because socialism was beginning to be organized in a manner to oppose Christianity, Democracy, and capitalism in the 1950s during the mid 1940s. Churchill saw that communism had devastated Germany and was also not what it appeared to be. Churchill described that soviet socialism was attempting to prevent democracy in West Berlin, and Stalin even went so far as to blockade West Germany and prevent resources from entering the city. (The US fought against the blockade by providing needed resources to West Germany through airplane delivery. West Germany was Democratic and capitalistic and hated by Stalin.) Eventually the blockade ended.
Churchill saw that socialism was not good in the Soviet Union. The Soviet Union "appeared to be improving" while this was only propaganda to bolster the image of socialism. Solzhenytsin described how there was nothing being produced in the Soviet Union and instead the country was grinding to a halt. Churchill knew this and probably saw it too. Churchill was older than 60 years of age and was still speaking truth about the virtues of democracy and the vices of socialism. He kept speaking truth despite having already having won the Second World War. Churchill kept warning the Western Democratic Republics that Stalin and socialism were incompatible with democracy and capitalism. Because he was right, the socialists tried to side line him from prominence by calling him crazy, racist, and a fascist. Churchill kept speaking truth and the socialists slandered and lied about Churchill to prevent socialism from being exposed as a failed religion of envy. (He had helped end nazi socialism and idolators were not happy that he had insight about how soviet socialism was no better.) Socialists attempted to slander and discourage him, yet Churchill kept describing the reality of socialism and coveting.
