Saint Ignatius

 Saint Ignatius

Saint Ignatius is a saint that was probably converted by John the disciple. John the disciple was able to convert Saint Ignatius and Saint Polycarp. Both saints persevered in their faith and did not renounce their fidelity to GOD Almighty. Christianity increased in the first century due to the initial disciples and apostles (minus Iscariot) who preached. We learn that Christianity is impressive having started with only twelve disciples that preached to Israel and the world.

Despite persecution and envy, Christianity has increased in Israel and the nations. We learn that in the first century, Christianity increased to 8 nations and also in Israel. In the first century, there were new apostles including Saint Ignatius and Saint Polycarp. Paul was able to convert a large amount of people in Greece, Rome, Syria, Asia Minor, Cyprus, Malta, Crete, and Laodicea. The new apostles repented of sin and decided to preach King Jesus Christ.

Christianity then increased to other nations. Saint Cyril and Saint Methodius preached in the Slav nations and also caused Christianity to increase in Eastern Europe. Christianity has increased even amidst persecution. Priest Francis Xavier and Priest Mateo Ricci preached in Asia including Japan, India, and China. Christianity has also increased to Asia describing the power of King Jesus Christ. Pope John Paul II described that Catholic churches were increasing in Africa also. There are Christian churches in African nations including Ethiopia, Cameroon, and Nigeria that are zealous and faithful to GOD Almighty. There has been persecution against believers in the 2010s in Zimbabwe and South Africa, yet we learn that faithful individuals get to be reunited with GOD Almighty and do not have to live in the not so good times.

It is surprising how Christianity has increased in Africa and Asia in the past centuries. Christian nations have improved with Christianity. China has also increased in Christianity over the past 70 years. It is noted that the number of Chinese Christians has increased since the 1950s despite communism. Japan has also increased in the number of Catholics and Christians in the last century. South Korea has also improved due to Christianity. India has also had an increase of Christians in the past few centuries. We can persevere preaching and speaking truth. We know that we conquer the snake by accepting and confessing King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior and that eternal salvation in King Jesus Christ is most important
