Carole Lombard
Carole Lombard was an actress who made comedies in the 1930s. She became one of the top actresses of her time and married Clark Gable. (The Clark Gable from Gone With the Wind who was the top actor in the 1930s and 1940s). Clark Gable and Carole Lombard were conservative deciding to live out in rural land and enjoyed life. They took to avoiding the city life and preferred to live far apart from the spotlight. Lombard was patriotic and not only acted but helped raise funds for the Second World War.
She went on a tour to raise war funds and managed to secure funds successfully. When she was almost finished raising funds it was noted that her airplane crashed along with other passengers. Carole did not survive the plane crash.
It was most likely that she was envied either by racists, socialists, or enviers and her plane crashed. Clark Gable was affected by the loss, yet decided to enlist in the military to fight against the nazis. Gable joined the military and served during the Second World War in the Air Force.
Lombard and Gable were happy and helping their country when it is most probable that she was envied. Lombard was raising money for war bonds in order to help fight against the nazis, happily married to Clark Gable living far away from the city, and one of the top actresses of her time. Lombard may have been envied by socialists for being conservative and happy. (Even in the 1940s, there was envy seen in how DiMaggio was envied by socialists, Will Rogers was envied by socialists, and Amelia Earhart also was envied by socialists).
