Dr. Kenneth Cooper
Dr. Cooper was a doctor who in 1968 wrote a book titled Aerobics. Dr. Cooper described that aerobic exercise can help individuals stay healthy and young. Initially, exercise prior to 1968 was described as strength training based on weight lifting and working out the muscles of the arms. Yet, with aerobic conditioning, individuals were able to increase their heart rate and benefit their cardiovascular system. (I tried weightlifting in the 2010s (without testosterone and HGH hormones)). I decided in the 2020s to use cardiovascular workout routines instead. I learned that exercising through cardio workouts (including push ups) helped improve resiliency and well-being. I have felt that working out the core through ab work helps be resilient instead of tired all day through building the muscles of the arms. I noticed that working out the abdomen allows for better physical conditioning than working out the arm muscles. (That is why most top athletes in baseball, basketball, soccer, football, and tennis are not actually bulky.) With weightlifting, I felt tired all day, sore, and constantly had to be eating all day. With aerobic exercising, I can dedicate my time to more important work instead of being tired and sore all day from weightlifting.
Dr. Cooper's description of aerobics exercise allowed individuals to remain healthy by taking part in intense work outs. Aerobic exercise includes exercise routines that boost the heart rate such as jumping in place or with a jump rope, ab workouts, push ups, and lunges. Such work out routines can help an individual keep healthy and young.
The use of aerobics or aerobic work out training allows individuals to improve their health and their physical conditioning. While strength training is also another effective manner of working out, there have been studies by physicians and psychologists that have stated that work outs that increase the heart rate can help the cardiovascular system. Individuals that use high intensity training increasing their heart beat through exercise tend to be healthier.
Aerobic training describes that the heart beat should increase when working out to an optimal level between two ranges. The target zone is formulated by subtracting your age from 220. Then the resulting number is multiplied between 70% or .7 and 85% or .85. The pulse rate after exercising should fall between the two figures. (This is for individuals that are used to working out. If individuals are new to exercising then it is better to start with walks around the block or on a treadmill and gradually build up an exercise routine. It is not advisable to start with intense cardio workout and instead to gradually build up a workout routine. Initially I started with a few repetitions and sets and gradually built up endurance.) We can also understand why socialists attempted to prevent gyms from opening during the covid pandemic seeing that working out thirty minutes each day prevents chronic diseases, the need to get vaccinated with an experimental "vaccine", improve the immune system, and allows us to feel good about ourselves. The covid pandemic may have been created to prevent individuals from exercising also. Apparently the socialists do not like exercising and also closed down gyms to prevent others from working out.
