Saint Polycarp

 Saint Polycarp

Pope John Paul II described that Saint Polycarp was an important saint who was one of the first apostles that was converted to Christianity. The disciple John may have converted Saint Polycarp and Saint Ignatius when he preached King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior. It is interesting to note that Christianity increased to Israel and the nations only in the first century.

Saint Polycarp never renounced his faith and decided to preach King Jesus Christ. Saint Polycarp obtained eternal salvation. Saint Polycarp is noted as an important saint in the Catholic church. Saint Polycarp may also have led other individuals to the faith and the renouncing of idol worship and sin. We learn that Israel had individuals converting to Christianity because of the disciples and apostles and even the nations began to convert because of Paul and Barnabas.

The first century of the Church describes how Christianity increased to Israel and the nations. This describes the power of King Jesus Christ. We learn that multiple nations converted to Christianity only in the first century. We learn that Paul preached and individuals from 8 nations learned about King Jesus Christ. Paul preached and individuals from Israel, Syria, Greece, Rome, Crete, Cyprus, Malta, Lyodicia, and Asia Minor converted.

We have seen how Christianity has increased to most nations and keeps on creating new converts to the faith. Over the past two thousand years, Christianity has increased to be the major religion. A survey in the 1990s or 2000s described how more than a billion people considered themselves Christian (GOD Almighty knows who are true Christians.) Christianity became the major religion. This does describe that Christianity has increased to the nations in accordance to King Jesus Christ's words in the Gospel and Revelation. We learn that the times that we live in are probably the times prior to the great tribulation and/or the great tribulation, yet this does not discourage us knowing that we place our importance in King Jesus Christ. We can persevere through everything and not be discouraged

Saint Ignatius

 Saint Ignatius

Saint Ignatius is a saint that was probably converted by John the disciple. John the disciple was able to convert Saint Ignatius and Saint Polycarp. Both saints persevered in their faith and did not renounce their fidelity to GOD Almighty. Christianity increased in the first century due to the initial disciples and apostles (minus Iscariot) who preached. We learn that Christianity is impressive having started with only twelve disciples that preached to Israel and the world.

Despite persecution and envy, Christianity has increased in Israel and the nations. We learn that in the first century, Christianity increased to 8 nations and also in Israel. In the first century, there were new apostles including Saint Ignatius and Saint Polycarp. Paul was able to convert a large amount of people in Greece, Rome, Syria, Asia Minor, Cyprus, Malta, Crete, and Laodicea. The new apostles repented of sin and decided to preach King Jesus Christ.

Christianity then increased to other nations. Saint Cyril and Saint Methodius preached in the Slav nations and also caused Christianity to increase in Eastern Europe. Christianity has increased even amidst persecution. Priest Francis Xavier and Priest Mateo Ricci preached in Asia including Japan, India, and China. Christianity has also increased to Asia describing the power of King Jesus Christ. Pope John Paul II described that Catholic churches were increasing in Africa also. There are Christian churches in African nations including Ethiopia, Cameroon, and Nigeria that are zealous and faithful to GOD Almighty. There has been persecution against believers in the 2010s in Zimbabwe and South Africa, yet we learn that faithful individuals get to be reunited with GOD Almighty and do not have to live in the not so good times.

It is surprising how Christianity has increased in Africa and Asia in the past centuries. Christian nations have improved with Christianity. China has also increased in Christianity over the past 70 years. It is noted that the number of Chinese Christians has increased since the 1950s despite communism. Japan has also increased in the number of Catholics and Christians in the last century. South Korea has also improved due to Christianity. India has also had an increase of Christians in the past few centuries. We can persevere preaching and speaking truth. We know that we conquer the snake by accepting and confessing King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior and that eternal salvation in King Jesus Christ is most important

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir

 The Mormon Tabernacle Choir

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir is a choir that has made songs of worship. The Mormon Tabernacle Choir has great worship songs that worship the Creator and LORD of everything, GOD Almighty. "I Need Thee Every Hour" is a great song of worship that describes the importance of fidelity to GOD Almighty. The song reminds us that GOD Almighty is everything to us.

We learn that in the worship of GOD Almighty we conquer the snake. When the snake attempts to discourage us, we can remind ourselves that GOD Almighty is our everything. The things of the world do not suffice because they are temporary and not eternal.

"You Raise Me Up" describes how GOD Almighty is the source of our might and if we worship GOD Almighty, we have nothing to worry about. We learn that by trusting GOD Almighty, we are able to persevere with everything that we need including virtues. If we allow GOD Almighty to be our might, we can persist through everything. We learn that we are strong when we are refuged in GOD Almighty.

We learn that Abraham and Sarah allowed GOD Almighty to be their renovated youth and they persevered despite older age. We learn that Moses allowed GOD Almighty to be his strength, and he divided the Red Sea in half. Joshua trusted in GOD Almighty, and Joshua and Israel defeated the Anakim and hostile idolatrous nations. David allowed GOD Almighty to be his might, and David destroyed Goliath. Abijah trusted in GOD Almighty and defeated Jeroboam. King Jesus Christ resurrected from the dead and defeated sin, death, and evil two thousand years ago. John the disciple preached and converted many individuals to Christianity. Paul and Barnabas preached and converted individuals from 8 nations. New apostles preached and Christianity increased to Israel and the nations. Saint Cyril preached in Eastern Europe and Christianity has increased. Saint Mateo Ricci also preached in Asia. Even with socialism, Pope John Paul II trusted in GOD Almighty and helped defeat the Soviet Union in the 1990s. Christianity keeps being preached and keeps increasing to Israel and the nations. We learn that faithful believers sang songs of worship to GOD Almighty and persevered. We can persevere worshiping GOD Almighty.

Mahalia Jackson

 Mahalia Jackson

"Like David said in the Bible, 'Make a joyful noise to the LORD.' That's me."

Mahalia Jackson was a worship music singer who was among the greatest singers of all time. Jackson made impressive Gospel music for the worship of GOD Almighty in the 1960s. Jackson kept to her integrity and would deny working at night clubs despite being asked multiple times. Jackson's voice was unique and spectacular that she was sought after by night clubs for her singing prowess.

Despite being tempted, she did not give in to temptation and persisted singing worship songs. Her voice is so distinctive that she obtained renown all over the world. Jackson's Amazing Grace is one of the most impressive versions of the beautiful song. We can persevere listening to worship music that helps us keep fidelity to GOD Almighty.

We can also learn from Mahalia Jackson's example that we remove anything that tries to lead far from the worship of GOD Almighty. She decided to keep fidelity to GOD Almighty. We can choose to be far apart from negativity and anything that is not of GOD Almighty.

Mahalia Jackson also sang at the inauguration of JFK in 1961. JFK invited a Gospel singer to the inauguration along with Robert Frost. This described that there is no need for racism and envy. We can live in peace knowing that there is no need for hate in civil society despite the temporary lies of the snake. We can persist and keep fidelity in the worship of GOD Almighty. Edwin Hawkins Singers is an amazing band of singers who sing Gospel. "Oh Happy Days" and "He's Sweet" are amazing songs of worship to the King of kings.

(Removed the Marian Anderson post upon learning that she may have been a socialist. We can choose Christian Gospel Music instead of secular and negative music. There were idolatrous songs sung by Marian Anderson aside from opera songs.)

Akira Toriyama and the Creators of Dragon Ball Z

Akira Toriyama and the Creators of Dragon Ball Z

Akira Toriyama created a great anime in Dragon Ball. Toriyama created three series including Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball GT. Dragon Ball described the life of young Goku who is sent to earth to destroy the earth yet hits himself in the head after falling down and suffers amnesia. Young Goku is naïve and positive and instead decides to fight against evil. Dragon Ball describes how young Goku who was supposed to be evil and destructive chooses to be positive and actually fights against evil.

Dragon Ball Z describes a grown up Goku who is still positive and hates evil. Goku fights against evil and even battles against his brother Radditz who was sent to destroy earth since Goku did not do that. Radditz tries to convince Goku of being evil and helping Radditz destroy the earth. Goku and Radditz are from the saiyan race that is from a distant planet. Goku is the son of Bardock, a saiyan. Bardock opposed Frieza who was a maniacal and destructive tyrant. Bardock was not from high class and yet had bravery to fight against Frieza while Vegeta's father did nothing and even went along with Frieza.

Vegeta is the prince of the saiyans being the son of the saiyan king yet is a henchman of Frieza. Goku is not from nobility yet fights for good. Radditz is sent to destroy earth, yet Goku and his friends defeat Radditz. Dragon Ball Z describes how it is possible to be good and improve each day. Goku improves each day fighting for good and hates evil. Despite going against Vegeta, Radditz, Nappa, and other saiyans, Goku is positive. Vegeta envies Goku for not being nobility and also because Goku keeps improving. Goku fights against evil and is autonomous while Vegeta envies and attempts to justify his allegiance to Frieza with cowardice.

Goku improves throughout the series and even overpowers Frieza. Frieza was noted to be among the most powerful individuals yet misutilized his power for evil. Goku while not being nobility and considering himself an ordinary human being, is able to destroy Frieza. In the final battle, once Goku had defeated Frieza, Frieza begs Goku to spare him. Frieza being treacherous and underhanded, waits for Goku to turn his back and attempts again to harm Goku. Goku knows Frieza's intention and destroys Frieza (We must avoid fake socialists who do not know how to fight fair).  Dragon Ball Z describes that hard work, dedication, discipline, and empathy are important. Goku is courageous and gets better each day. Goku also is positive and humble. Throughout the series, there is the distinction that Goku improves because he is kind and also brave while Vegeta envies Goku. Goku perseveres and describes the importance of goodness. Toriyama made an impressive series that described the importance of kindness, bravery, empathy, and goodness while repudiating cowardice, envy, malice, and deceit. Dragon Ball Z describes the importance of kindness and bravery. While Goku minds his own life and is impressive, Vegeta envies Goku. Despite the envy, Goku improves, does not have negative emotions, and keeps integrity throughout the series. It may be that Christianity influenced Dragon Ball Z being that it describes the importance of humility, empathy, kindness, and integrity. Dragon Ball Z made the 1990s impressive. Dragon Ball Z may have been created in the 1980s or 1990s but was aired in the 1990s. The version of the 1990s was in Spanish. The American dubbed version in English aired in the 2000s and was edited to remove some parts and include the main story. Dragon Ball Z is noted to be the top anime of all times. (There are other good animes to watch like Attack on Titan. We should avoid negative animes that seek to promote socialism, envy, and idol worship. I remember watching a few episodes of Ranma 1 1/2 yet somehow did not watch the whole series. Looking back, Ranma 1 1/2 probably was promoting transvestism or transgenderism. We should avoid socialism and idolatry).

The Importance of Integrity

Toriyama described the importance of innocence and integrity in the Dragon Ball series. Goku grows up being innocent and good. Goku describes the importance of persevering with integrity while repudiating envy and malice. Toriyama described the importance of childhood and how innocence is important. Goku sees the positive side of life and never practices deceit and hate. Toriyama described how individuals can be positive and good throughout their life without resorting to negativity and resentment. Goku never becomes corrupted despite there being negative examples growing up and being an adult

Toriyama described how integrity is needed and that individuals can persevere without being corrupted. Goku's innocence is interesting because negative examples are disdained. Goku hates evil and never becomes corrupted by others. Goku keeps integrity. Goku is an impressive character that describes how bravery and morality are needed in life. Goku does not change his values and integrity (even when lied to by corrupted individuals). Whenever Goku sees malice or evil, he fights against it, shuns it, and repudiates it. Goku's innocence and integrity makes Dragon Ball one of the best series. Toriyama described how in life there is good and there is evil. Despite lying propaganda in the times that we are living in, we can choose positive movies, series, books, and information that encourages us to be positive and good. Dragon Ball was probably created in the 1980s or 1990s since it was distinct, unique, encouraging, and positive.

Dragon Ball Z Repudiates Racism

Dragon Ball Z also speaks out against racism. While Goku was not actually a human being and was a saiyan, Goku grows up like a human being. It is not until Goku grows up that individuals notice that he is not actually human. Despite Goku not being human, he has empathy and is good. In Dragon Ball Z, Goku has a group of friends who fight against evil. Goku respects his friends while actually being quite powerful. Goku is not maniacal nor tyrannical. Goku is humble and treats all his friends equally. Goku's friends are individuals from other planets and also human beings. Goku is not a racist nor envious

Goku has a friend from planet Namek who is green and is treated with equality. Tien has three eyes, Chiotzu and Krillin are short, Yamcha is a human being like Krillin, and they are all seen as equals. Goku cares about his friends since there is empathy. Goku is not manipulative nor false. Vegeta envies Goku for being different and humble. Vegeta envies Goku yet constantly attempts to know about Goku. Goku is skeptical of Vegeta knowing that Vegeta acts based on envy discouraging Goku with revilings. Goku never trusts Vegeta knowing that Vegeta is envious. Despite the negativity, Goku never reviles nor insults his friends. Goku describes how true friendship should be. There is genuine empathy and equality. There is also the need to avoid fake phonies. Socialists envy positive people and revile for no reason. Goku actually negates helping Radditz (his own saiyan brother to protect the earth) and separates himself from Vegeta (who attempts to convince Goku of joining Frieza) and prefers his positive friends. Goku defeats Vegeta multiple times. Goku distrusts Vegeta for prefering to help Frieza than fight evil. Vegeta is also a racist seeing the superiority of the saiyan race yet fearing Frieza. Goku does not care about races (equality) and actually cares about empathy and goodness. Goku is an amazing character. We can persevere far apart from negative people and socialists.

The Importance of Self-Restraint

Dragon Ball Z also describes the importance of self-restraint or self-control. This describes the manner that we need to persevere with discipline. Goku improves because he is disciplined and trains hard. Goku actually improves by exercising and working out. When young, Goku being a saiyan, is able to turn into a giant werewolf when he sees the full moon. Saiyans have tails and are also described being human like yet when they see the full moon can turn into giant werewolves. Goku turns into a werewolf when young and causes destruction.

After such events, his tail is cut off which prevents him from being a werewolf. Goku is able to persist without ever turning into a werewolf. Goku is able to control his emotions and is positive. Goku is disciplined throughout his life and actually gets better with age. There is the lesson that a saiyan is supposed to improve and not stagnate. This applies to Goku who trains everyday and increases in might. Dragon Ball Z describes the importance of discipline and dominating the emotions. Goku is dedicated and disciplined and gets better throughout the series.

The Dragon Ball Z Series Describe the Importance of Goodness and Positivity

The Dragon Ball Z series are one main story that is broken down into the Saiyan/Frieza saga, the Cell saga, and the Buu Saga. All of the three stories describe how good defeats evil. The main storyline describes how Goku is genuine and impressive for keeping integrity throughout his life. Goku is an impressive character because of his empathy and also his courage to fight evil despite circumstances. Goku against all odds destroys Frieza who is a tyrant that had caused the destruction of Planet Vegeta. Bardock was the only saiyan that stood up to Frieza while Frieza wanted to use the saiyans. Bardock's story is a prequel story to the main storyline and describes the importance of resisting tyranny. Bardock being courageous fights Frieza and does not survive. Despite not surviving, Bardock has courage. However, Goku is a son of Bardock who is sent to earth to destroy the earth yet decides to be good. Goku grows up and fights Frieza when even saiyans feared Frieza. Vegeta being a coward is both surprised and amazed at Goku's bravery.

Goku does not back down and actually improves with each battle. The saiyans are supposed to improve with each battle. Goku actually embodies this representation. Goku fights Frieza. Frieza ridicules Goku's audacity yet with time begins to fear Goku's power. Initially in the series, Frieza mocks and reviles Goku for being a "lowly saiyan". Yet as Goku defeats all of Frieza's henchmen including Vegeta, Nappa, Zarbon, Dodora, and countless other henchmen, Frieza begins to fear Goku's strength. Vegeta also attempts to discourage Goku throughout his battles yet fails. As Goku perseveres, Frieza is incredulous at the power of Goku since Goku actually improves with each battle. Frieza transforms into different forms and still could not defeat Goku. Frieza is of unknown gender and is malevolent (quite possibly a constructive critique of homosexuality). Goku is masculine having bravery. Dragon Ball Z describes that filial love is more powerful than hate. Goku's empathy for his family and friends is greater than Frieza's envy and malice. Goku has no malice and yet destroys Frieza. We can learn that love is greater than hate. We can persevere with goodness instead of envy and resentment.

Dr. Kenneth Cooper

 Dr. Kenneth Cooper

Dr. Cooper was a doctor who in 1968 wrote a book titled Aerobics. Dr. Cooper described that aerobic exercise can help individuals stay healthy and young. Initially, exercise prior to 1968 was described as strength training based on weight lifting and working out the muscles of the arms. Yet, with aerobic conditioning, individuals were able to increase their heart rate and benefit their cardiovascular system. (I tried weightlifting in the 2010s (without testosterone and HGH hormones)). I decided in the 2020s to use cardiovascular workout routines instead. I learned that exercising through cardio workouts (including push ups) helped improve resiliency and well-being. I have felt that working out the core through ab work helps be resilient instead of tired all day through building the muscles of the arms. I noticed that working out the abdomen allows for better physical conditioning than working out the arm muscles. (That is why most top athletes in baseball, basketball, soccer, football, and tennis are not actually bulky.) With weightlifting, I felt tired all day, sore, and constantly had to be eating all day. With aerobic exercising, I can dedicate my time to more important work instead of being tired and sore all day from weightlifting.

Dr. Cooper's description of aerobics exercise allowed individuals to remain healthy by taking part in intense work outs. Aerobic exercise includes exercise routines that boost the heart rate such as jumping in place or with a jump rope, ab workouts, push ups, and lunges. Such work out routines can help an individual keep healthy and young.

The use of aerobics or aerobic work out training allows individuals to improve their health and their physical conditioning. While strength training is also another effective manner of working out, there have been studies by physicians and psychologists that have stated that work outs that increase the heart rate can help the cardiovascular system. Individuals that use high intensity training increasing their heart beat through exercise tend to be healthier.

Aerobic training describes that the heart beat should increase when working out to an optimal level between two ranges. The target zone is formulated by subtracting your age from 220. Then the resulting number is multiplied between 70% or .7 and 85% or .85. The pulse rate after exercising should fall between the two figures. (This is for individuals that are used to working out. If individuals are new to exercising then it is better to start with walks around the block or on a treadmill and gradually build up an exercise routine. It is not advisable to start with intense cardio workout and instead to gradually build up a workout routine. Initially I started with a few repetitions and sets and gradually built up endurance.) We can also understand why socialists attempted to prevent gyms from opening during the covid pandemic seeing that working out thirty minutes each day prevents chronic diseases, the need to get vaccinated with an experimental "vaccine", improve the immune system, and allows us to feel good about ourselves. The covid pandemic may have been created to prevent individuals from exercising also. Apparently the socialists do not like exercising and also closed down gyms to prevent others from working out

The Benefits of a Cardio Workout

Cardio workouts help us improve our cardiovascular health along with improving our immune system. There are chemical reactions that occur after working out. Moderate and intense cardio workouts can significantly increase blood circulation to the brain and other areas of the body. Increased oxygentation to the body and brain after cardio workouts also leads to well-being including improved health and increased happiness. There are scientific studies that prove that working out allows individuals to be happier. Studies have shown that not working out almost everyday for minimum 30 minutes per day can lead to negative emotions and unhappiness. It is noted that increased oxygenation after working out allows individuals to feel better, have improved health, avoid chronic disease, and improve their immune system. Cardio workouts can allow us to have resiliency throughout the day. Cardio workouts can help speed metabolism also preventing chronic disease. The truth is that we are created to be in constant movement and not sedentary. A sedentary lifestyle can lead to chronic disease.

I noticed that cardio workouts actually helped me have improved resiliency and have more energy during the day as opposed to when I did weightlifting. Cardio workouts tend to include full body workouts while weightlifting focuses on biceps and triceps (usually the main reason to weightlift). After cardio workouts, I felt that I had more energy during the day instead of feeling tired. With bicep and tricep workout, I felt tired during the day, sore the next day, and had to be constantly eating since muscle growth requires a lot of calories (even bought protein powder for protein shakes. Never used testosterone and HGH choosing to body build ethically). With cardio workouts, I felt much better than with weightlifting. (This is because mgtow and socialism attempt to promote machismo and fake "masculinity". They try to say that you need to be bulky to be a man, when in reality, masculinity has nothing to do with muscle size and instead has to do with integrity and decency.) With cardio workouts, I am able to work out almost everyday and feel better throughout the day. I have more energy to be industrious and accomplish my daily tasks instead of being tired and eating all day. This is not told at first when individuals are learning about weightlifting. I think this is intentional so that individuals compare themselves based on muscle size and height instead of other qualities (and to cause false "comparisons" and envy.) I do not have to compare myself to anyone being unique and distinct. I am still grateful for learning about bodybuilding because now I know that not everything that they say about body building is true. Post-modernism has attempted to make it seem that bodybuilding is necessary to be masculine and has attempted to make cardio workouts seem less masculine. There was propaganda that attempted to make cardio workouts seem less masculine on purpose since cardio workouts improve individual's overall health while body building can even cause health problems when overdone (Body building is an industry.) I remember when I bought protein powder to gain weight. The instructions on the product label described that the serving size was two scoops and to be taken in between meals. I felt that 500-600 calories for a protein shake was excessive. I used one scoop of protein powder instead of two because each scoop was almost 200 to 300 calories, and two scoops seemed like too much calories for a snack plus calories from meals and other snacks. There are stories of body builders who ate a lot of calories each day and developed diabetes and health complications from overeating probably because of insulin resistance. (We must have healthy skepticism.) I felt that while learning about bodybuilding, there was the need for moderation. I decided to not weightlift in the 2020s and instead chose to workout with cardio workouts. Cardio workouts allowed me to have more energy and resiliency throughout the day instead of feeling tired. I was also more industrious than when I weightlifted. There are masculine men who did not have big muscles including Clark Gable and Bruce Lee and they were still masculine. (They were ethical and fought against corruption and racism.) I feel that this is important because there is disinformation and lies to make individuals compare themselves when each individual is unique and distinct. The snake also prefers that individuals envy others based on muscle size instead of fighting corruption and deceit. The snake lies about how masculinity is about muscles to prevent individuals from learning the truth. (Weightlifting can still be a positive activity as long as it is to improve oneself and not to compare oneself to others. Yet cardio workouts are much better at improving actual overall health and not just the appearance. There were ethical bodybuilders in the 1800s and 1900s who never used testosterone and HGH and were good examples. Bodybuilding is not bad yet post modernism has attempted to use bodybuilding as a manner to redefine masculinity in a negative manner to promote envy, idolatry, and lust. We can learn the difference and avoid lies from socialism and post-modernism. Cardio workouts are probably better yet weightlifting can also be beneficial when done in moderation and ethically). For me, cardio work outs are much better than weightlifting. There have been health experts that have stated that working out the core including intense ab workouts leads to greater resiliency and physical conditioning compared to working out the biceps. This may be because working out the core allows for endurance since you are stabilizing the center of mass. By working out biceps, this leads to having to expend additional energy in moving the arm muscles (while the core may not be worked out) and can cause individuals to feel tired. This may explain why ab workouts allow for greater resiliency throughout the day as opposed to bicep workouts. However this is not stated in mgtow machismo nor weightlifting ads. This is interesting because while biceps have been seen as the most important muscle to workout, it is actually of greater importance to workout the core including abs. This is why top athletes do not have bulky biceps and instead workout the abs with cardio workouts. Bruce Lee discovered this in the 1970s or 1980s choosing to have a distinct physique that was lean and had the core workout. Bruce Lee did not have big biceps. (This is so that we do not compare ourselves to others. Each person is distinct and unique. This is so that individuals do not think that cardio workouts are less masculine based on lies from socialism and mgtow machismo. The lies are probably to prevent individuals from realizing that cardio workouts are inexpensive, do not require a large investment of equipment, and do not require additional unnecessary expensive pharma costs (a healthy nutrition is better that includes cholesterol in moderation. Cholesterol can be converted to testosterone with workouts and explains why cholesterol has been disdained by socialists and described as dangerous for the health of men. It is actually vegetable oil that causes heartburn and can not be digested by the body (may cause GI symptoms). Yet vegetable oil has been advertised for decades while cholesterol has been labeled dangerous by socialist pseudo-scientists.) We can remind ourselves of masculine men like Clark Gable who fought nazis. Viktor E. Frankl who was masculine and also did not have big muscles yet was one of the most resilient men to exist. Bruce Lee, who was masculine for fighting corruption. Solzhenytsin for helping collapse the Soviet Union and also was not muscular.

Antonio Naelson Zinha

 Antonio Naelson Zinha

Zinha was a professional soccer player in the top Mexican Soccer League. Zinha was amazing being able to be a creative midfielder and being able to not only assist but also score goals. Zinha won a total of five Mexican Soccer League Championships in ten years. The Mexican Soccer League has two tournaments each year. The opening season and closing season. Zinha won five championships in ten years.

Initially, he won championships with Jose Saturnino Cardozo and Vicente Sanchez being an amazing offense that defeated multiple amazing teams decisively. Zinha was one of the most technically skilled soccer players in the Mexican league. Zinha was not a ball hog and also was able to be an amazing goal scorer.

While there are popular teams in the Mexican League, Toluca is one of the teams that has won multiple championships in a few years (without resorting to acquiring and benching top players or having addional team dependencies like Club America in the 2000s). Zinha was able to be important in helping Toluca win an impressive amount of championships through dedication and talent. Zinha was able to be a playmaker developing amazing goal scoring opportunities.

Zinha was so impressive that he was called to the Mexican National Team in 2009 to help classify the Mexican team to the 2010 World Cup. The Mexican National Team was on the brink of not qualifying to the World Cup. Zinha decided to play for Mexico, started in the starting lineup, and was an impressive midfielder. Zinha was a reason that Mexico classified to the 2010 World Cup.

Emith Smith

Emith Smith

Emith Smith was the leading running back of the Dallas Cowboys in the 1990s. Smith was able to be the leading rusher in multiple seasons and won three Superbowls. Emith Smith's stats in football are amazing. Smith also led to the Dallas Cowboys having five Superbowl wins. Smith was able to be disciplined and surprise with his speed.

Smith was able to improve and be one of the top running backs in all of football history. Smith averaged more than 3.2 yards per carry and was able to play against some of the toughest teams. The rivalry between the Dallas Cowboys and the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 1990s was the reason why football was impressive.

In the 1990s, the Pittsburgh Steelers had the best defense and also had multiple Superbowl wins. The Pittsburgh Steelers were able to beat amazing teams because of their defense and by blitzing the opposing team (the blitz is an all out rush to sack the quarterback from the defense. When done effectively it neutralizes good offenses but can also leave the defense vulnerable to quick passes or quick running backs.) The Pittsburgh Steelers won multiple championships through their defense, and posed a suitable competition to the Cowboys.

In the 1990s, the Dallas Cowboys were able to compete and even defeat the Pittsburgh Steelers in multiple occassions. The rivalry allowed for great football to be seen. The rivalry featured the greatest offense versus the greatest defense in football in the 1990s. Such football games were impressive and amazing to watch. Emith Smith was able to compete and beat the Steelers defense in multiple games. This describes the importance of healthy competition in sports, the importance of discipline, and the appreciation of good teams. Socialism hates healthy intense sport rivalries because the best team wins based on merit. American football in the 1990s was amazing because of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dallas Cowboys (and socialism was not affecting sports.)

Frederic Chopin

 Frederic Chopin

"I seek to express what is in the soul of man."

Frederic Chopin was a Polish classical music composer and conductor. Chopin is considered one of the greatest classical musicians of all time. Chopin was able to make impressive classical music. Chopin was was able to create magnificent music that attempted to describe the beauty of life. Chopin probably was inspired by Ludwig Van Beethoven.

Chopin was able to compose the "Mazurkas" and was impressive throughout his musical career. Mazurka in D major op. 33 No. 2 is considered one of the most beautiful melodical compositions of all time. Chopin is an amazing musician that probably admired Beethoven.

There are theories that state that Litz had a rivalry with Chopin. It is unknown if this is true or not, yet Chopin kept making good music without negative emotions and envy. Chopin dedicated himself to making unique classical music and succeeded.

Chopin is noted to be among the top classical music conductors and composers that include Beethoven, Bach, Vivaldi, Mozart, Dvorak, Schumann, Schubert, Haydn, Tchaikovsky, Bartholdy, Bizet, and Strauss. (There is a classical music cd called "The Most Beautiful Melodies of Classical Music" that includes amazing compositions including Dvorak's String Serenade, Bach's Minuet in D minor, Bartholdy's Notturno, and Schubert's Ave Maria.)

Antonio Vivaldi

 Antonio Vivaldi

Antonio Vivaldi was one of the best classical musicians of all time. Vivaldi was a priest prior to making amazing and astounding original classical music. Vivaldi's music can be described as being unique and unlike any other composer. Vivaldi mastered multiple instruments including the violin and became a conductor of symphonies. Vivaldi would create the Four Seasons and be denoted as one of the best conductors of all time.

Vivaldi's Four Season symphony work is impressive because it denotes how the four different seasons of the year would sound like to the ear through classical music. Vivaldi was enamored by the impressiveness of GOD Almighty and attempted to make a work that worshiped GOD Almighty. Vivaldi described the impressiveness of GOD Almighty's work in creating the four seasons of the year.

Vivaldi was a worshiper of GOD Almighty and wrote classical music to worship the Creator. Vivaldi's gravitas and seriousness in his musical work have never been replicated. There are great classical musicians that are fantastic yet their sound is completely distinct. Most important of all, their works are completely distinct and unique. We see this in how Beethoven is different from Vivaldi, and Vivaldi is distinct from Beethoven. Yet both created impressive works of art in classical music.

Vivaldi's L'Estre Harmonico is also one of the most impressive works. Each top classical composer has a different sound despite worshiping GOD Almighty with their music and talent. Vivaldi is noted to be serious and intense. Vivaldi can be described as intensity in his music. There were different composers in the 1700s, yet Vivaldi was among the greatest along with Beethoven, Bach, and Mozart (although Mozart misused his talents and engaged in the party life. Mozart declined significantly at an early age.)

Edwin Hawkins Singers

 Edwin Hawkins Singers

Edwin Hawkin Singers is a chorus band that sings worship songs to GOD Almighty. They have some of the best worship songs in Gospel. We are reminded to keep fidelity to GOD Almighty preaching and worshiping King Jesus Christ. By singing worship songs, we conquer sin, idolatry, and negative emotions. By having gratitude to our Creator, we persevere so that we make it to Shabbath Millennium and New Jerusalem.

"Oh Happy Days", "I Tried Him For Myself", "He is GOD Alone", and "Can Not Tell It All" describes the importance of having gratitude and positive emotions. We learn that worshiping GOD Almighty allows us to have gratitude and positivity. By choosing to worship GOD Almighty, we have everything that we need. We persevere with happiness and goodness and do not need envy and hate.

We learn that the things of the world do not suffice because they are temporary and not eternal. We are created to worship GOD Almighty and not the creation because that would be idolatry. We learn that GOD Almighty is faithful to us and does not forsake us. We can persevere having worship songs that we listen to everyday to remind us that we are created to worship and sing to the Creator everyday.

The worship of GOD Almighty allows us to persist through adversity, envy, and opposition. We have seen how amazing individuals persevered throughout adversity for trusting in GOD Almighty. Despite envy and opposition, we can persevere with unchanging fidelity to GOD Almighty. Gospel music by Mahalia Jackson and Edwin Hawkins Singers allows us to persist worshiping GOD Almighty.

Bob Marley

                                Bob Marley

"You do not know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have."

Bob Marley was a singer and musician that was a pioneer to Reggae music. We learn that Reggae music was important in the 1990s with beautiful  rhythms, melodies, and lyrics about pacifism. We learn that Reggae described the importance of filial love, genuine empathy, and respect. We learn that Bob Marley had most of his songs speaking about the importance of loving one another with true genuine empathy and fraternity. This was different from other music genres that attempted to lead to lust, hate, and bitterness.

Reggae music had positive lyrics that described the importance of genuine empathy that describe the importance of pacifism. We learn that humanity is created to exist with respect and fraternity instead of being at odds for no reason. Reggae music talked about the need to acknowledge the importance of kindness and humility in our day to day lives. We know that Reggae music described the beauty of filial love and genuine empathy in life.

"When the power of love supercedes the love of power, humanity will live at peace."

We learn that Bob Marley had interesting sayings describing the importance of persevering with kindness and goodness. We learn that he was able to understand that the world is not perfect due to greed, envy, and hate, yet was able to describe the importance of exhibiting filial love and kindness to others. The lyrics of Bob Marley's songs describe the need to practice kindness and empathy while removing hate, anger, and envy.

We know that the 90s were amazing times because of beautiful music and lyrics that described the importance of kindness and filial love. Reggae was also a distinct and unique musical genre that incorporated relaxing rhythms, beautiful melodies, and most important of all, lyrics that made sense concerning how we can live in harmony and true joy without quarreling and division. We are able to acknowledge the importance of genuine empathy and kindness while removing hate, lust, and envy. This describes the importance of true equality seen in the practice of kindness and empathy that supercedes lust, envy, and hate.

Reggae Music Was The Music of the 1990s

Reggae music was created in the 1990s and is attributed to the Jamaican, Bob Marley. Bob Marley was the individual who made a new genre of music. Reggae music would thrive because of the beautiful lyrics describing the importance of genuine empathy and goodness along with amazing guitar riffs and melodies. Reggae music was admired and respected by individuals all over the world. The 90s were amazing times where people practiced genuine empathy and also gratitude. For the most part, most people were kind and positive. Due to the positivity of reggae music, individuals were motivated and glad.

In the 1990s, idolatrous rap music began to be played on the radio in opposition to Reggae music. The idolatrous rap music may have had the intention to lead to conflict, bitterness, and coveting. This was because the idolatrous rap music preached dollar bills, lust, and materialism. Instead of preaching filial love and genuine empathy, it preached lasciviousness and lust. Idolatrous rap music also had the intention of dividing people based on which rapper they preferred. Idolatrous rap music was about boasting about materialism and money instead of pacifism and goodness. Idolatrous rappers also talked about the need to hate others instead of living in serenity. It may be that idolatrous rap was placed in the 1990s to oppose Reggae music. Bob Marley was probably hated and opposed by socialists for singing about pacifism, genuine empathy, and positivity. Regardless of the opposition, Bob Marley inspired Reggae musicians to make music about positivity and pacifism instead of envy and coveting. Bob Marley described the importance of living in serenity with others and not needing to hate. There are different types of music, and we need to avoid idolatrous music

Bob Marley Persevered Being Authentic and Practicing Genuine Empathy

It is possible that Bob Marley was envied by the LGBT homosexuals in the 1990s for being masculine, being creative, authentic, and singing about positivity. Marley was an individual that probably believed in GOD Almighty and was against socialism. Marley created the music of the 1990s in Reggae music. Reggae music was the music of the 1990s and individuals all over the world enjoyed Marley's music. Reggae was a new type of music that was never heard in the past. Marley created different music that was not seen in the past.

Marley was assassinated for being impressive. It is most likely that Marley was envied for singing about pacifism and genuine empathy when socialism was trying to prevent filial love and serenity between individuals since the 1950s. Marley was impressive for not compromising his values for socialism. He was probably envied by socialists for making good music and also having a large family. (This was while socialism envies the traditional family structure.) Marley was probably envied for being African, yet was never an idolator nor a socialist. Socialists envied Marley's talent and probably was hated for his race by socialists.

Saint Thomas Aquinas

 Saint Thomas Aquinas

Interpretacion a otros lenguajes

"May all transitory things, O LORD, be worthless to me and may all things eternal be ever cherished by me."

Saint Thomas Aquinas was an individual that lived in the 1200s and was faithful to GOD Almighty. We learn that he was able to be both a believer and a student who kept learning about the worship of GOD Almighty. Saint Thomas Aquinas was able to describe about the importance of the faith and the need to develop virtues for the glorification of GOD Almighty. We learn that Saint Thomas Aquinas also described the importance of logic and reasoning allowing for individuals to know that there is meaning and purpose in the worship of GOD Almighty.

"I praise Your compassion extended to me for so long a time and Your gentleness appearing in the guise of correction."

Saint Thomas Aquinas was able to teach and also preach about the importance of GOD Almighty. Saint Thomas Aquinas was born in Naples, Italy and was able to choose to worship GOD Almighty. He was able to instruct and write about the importance of the faith. Saint Thomas Aquinas was able to write more than hundreds of volumes instructing the importance of the faith in Christianity. We learn that Saint Thomas Aquinas described the importance of logical reasoning in understanding that the Scriptures speak truth.

"I praise Your tenderness calling out to me, Your kindness welcoming me, and Your mercy forgiving my sins."

Saint Thomas Aquinas described the importance of prayer and making sure that we recognize the importance of GOD Almighty in our lives. We learn that GOD Almighty is a loving Father that cares about his children. We learn that GOD Almighty cares about the righteous and wants us to pray to GOD Almighty. The Scriptures describe the importance of prayer in our day to day lives. We learn from the Sacred Scriptures that GOD Almighty listens to our prayers and helps us persevere with fidelity to GOD Almighty.

"I praise Your humility that consoles me, Your patience that shelters me, Your eternity that preserves me, and Your truth that rewards me."

Saint Thomas Aquinas described the importance of practicing humility and virtues that allow us to persevere in the worship of GOD Almighty. Saint Thomas Aquinas has prayers that describe the importance of acknowledging GOD Almighty being the source of all things good. We learn that we develop virtues when we decide to worship GOD Almighty with sincerity of heart and obey the commandments of Moses. We are supposed to repent of sin with sincerity of heart and persevere developing virtues for the worship of GOD Almighty.

Quotes from The Aquinas Prayer Book

St. Augustine

 St. Augustine

"The truth is like a lion, you do not have to defend it. Let it free and it will defend itself."

St. Augustine lived in the time of St. Ambrose of Milan who was his mentor and friend. We learn that the writings of St. Ambrose describe the importance of humility and temperance to resist arrogance, sin, and vices. St. Augustine also has writings that speak about the importance of worshiping GOD Almighty above everything with sincerity of heart. We learn that we can not practice idol worship because it does not help and attempts to lead to vices, stagnation, woes, and destruction.

St. Augustine spoke about the importance of speaking truth and giving priority to the worship of GOD Almighty. St. Augustine wrote about the manner that fidelity to GOD Almighty allows us to persevere and improve. St. Augustine's writings describe the importance of trusting in GOD Almighty so that we improve in virtues instead of vices. There is wisdom and understanding in knowing that only in the worship of GOD Almighty are we able to improve, learn, and increase in virtues. This is so that we do not believe the temporary lies of sin that want to lead to idol worship and vices.

"Thou, LORD, who for ever livest, and in whom nothing dies: for before the foundation of the worlds, and before all that can be called “before,” Thou art, and art GOD and LORD of all which Thou hast created."

There is wisdom describing the manner that GOD Almighty is the GOD of creation who created the Highest Heavens, lower heavens, the universe, the earth, creation, and everything. Even before the earth and the heavens were created, GOD Almighty existed, exists, and forever exists. GOD Almighty is Creator and LORD of all. We learn that this wisdom prevents us from practicing arrogance that wants to lead to disobedience to GOD Almighty. We learn that we can not practice disobedience because we are accountable to GOD Almighty and have responsibility to use our virtues and talents for the worship of GOD Almighty.

"Whence could such a being be, save from Thee, LORD? Shall any be his own artificer? or can there elsewhere be derived any vein, which may stream essence and life into us, save from thee, O LORD, in whom essence and life are one? for Thou Thyself art supremely Essence and Life."

We learn that GOD Almighty is the source of life and gives eternal salvation to individuals who choose to accept and confess King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior, obey the commandments of Moses, and repent of sin with sincerity of heart. We learn that GOD Almighty creates individuals and gives meaning and purpose even before they are in the womb, even before they are born, and even before they say their first words or take their steps. GOD Almighty is the Creator of everything including humanity and deserves the worship. St. Augustine describes the importance of humility and trusting in the Creator GOD Almighty instead of practicing idol worship.

---

Figures of History and Individualism is written so that individuals can understand that there are righteous individuals who do not compromise their values and ethics for temporary momentary gain. While false doctrines and temporary lies try to tempt individuals towards the practice of sin and idolatry, we are reminded that righteous individuals exist and do not practice sin, envy, self-worship, idol worship, hate, covet, deceit, nor vices. We can persevere trusting in GOD Almighty and avoid false prophets and adultresses.

St. Cyril

 St. Cyril

We learn from the Sacred Scriptures that King Jesus Christ stated that the Gospel would be preached to Israel and the world. King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior would be preached to Israel and the nations and that is what has happened in the past two thousand years. We learn that eternal salvation in King Jesus Christ is still being preached and will keep being preached in the end times. We learn that St. Cyril was an individual that created the Cyrillic alphabet that allowed Christianity to be preached to different nations including Russia by adapting Greek and Hebrew letters. We learn that there are Christian Orthodox, Catholic, and Christian churches in Russia.

We learn that St. Cyril was able to create the Cyrillic alphabet that is used in different nations including Russia. We learn that Christianity keeps on being preached and has been preached to different regions of the world. We learn that this is interesting and amazing knowing that King Jesus Christ speaks truth. We learn that there are different nations of the world that were able to hear the message of repentance of sin. Saint Cyril was able to preach to the Slavs in the ninth century A.D.

We learn that there are disciples and apostles that were able to keep preaching despite opposition and discouragement. We learn that there are individuals that believe in the Christian faith throughout the world because of righteous individuals choosing to preach King Jesus Christ Eternal LORD and Savior and fighting sin. We learn that there are righteous individuals that were able to preach to different regions and were able to help Christianity increase in the nations.

While there are individuals that question the Sacred Scriptures, we are able to see the truth in the manner that Christianity is still being preached. This describes the importance of persevering in the worship of GOD Almighty and choosing to repent of sin with sincerity of heart. We learn that King Jesus Christ helps righteous individuals preach and persevere even amidst the times that we are living in. We learn that Christianity keeps being preached describing the truth that King Jesus Christ stated in the Gospel and Revelation.

---

Figures of History and Individualism allows us to persevere knowing that throughout history there have been righteous individuals that decided to practice good and not practice sin. We are able to persevere knowing that there is no need to fear nor have negative emotions knowing that we trust in the Creator and not in idolatry. We are able to learn about righteous individuals that decided to speak truth and help others even when there are lies being told that attempt to lead individuals to disobedience and the practice of sin. We can persevere without practicing sin and idol worship.

The Creators of Indiana Jones

 The Creators of Indiana Jones

The films of Indiana Jones were also amazing and impressive since they described the importance of learning and avoiding idol worship. The first film described how idolatry leads people to envy and madness. The Temple of Doom was a film that described Indiana Jones as a fighter of crime and also a learned professor. Indiana Jones was an impressive movie because it described an industrious and ethical professor.

Indiana Jones is considered an American film since it instructs integrity and bravery. In the first film, Indiana Jones is described as a Professor of Archeology who instructs college classes during the day and also goes on archeology expeditions. Indiana Jones is humble yet also has a sense of humor. Indiana Jones describes the importance of learning and instructing and also being ethical.

In the first film, Indiana Jones goes on various expeditions and discovers an evil idolator that hates humans. Indiana Jones fights the idolator and is able to persevere. The idolator is maddened due to the practice of idol worship. Indiana Jones describes how idol worship leads to madness and envy. Indiana Jones survives the expedition without being an idolator.

Indiana Jones describes the importance of learning about history and archeology yet also about having healthy skepticism about false religion and idol worship. Indiana Jones has multiple films among the best are the first and second films and an amazing soundtrack. The soundtrack of Indiana Jones has symphonic music and is suspenseful. The Indiana Jones Theme Song is among the most remembered for being distinct and positive. We can keep persevering with great worship music and also positive music. We can avoid idolatry.

The Raiders of the Lost Ark

The second film of Indiana Jones described how Indiana Jones fought against nazi socialists. This film was also impressive for describing the difference between individualism and autonomy compared to sycophantry and group think. The Raiders of the Lost Ark describes Indiana Jones going on additional archeological expeditions while having nazi socialists envying and resenting Indiana Jones. Because Indiana Jones was an impressive archeologist and professor, he was envied by nazi socialists. The film criticizes racism and sycophantry while celebrating individuality and distinctness.

The movie actually criticized socialist nazism. Indiana Jones was impressive being able to keep composure and fight against socialists. The movie celebrates American values of freedom, autonomy, hard work, and individuality. The Indiana Jones movies were distinct and unique for choosing to describe the importance of self-improvement through learning and also criticizing constructively racism and sycophantry mentality. The nazi socialists envied others based on race and disdained individuality. Indiana Jones fought against idolators and also socialist nazis. Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark was an impressive movie. (Historically, socialism is the religion of envy. We have learned how Albert Einstein who was German born was persecuted by nazi socialists for being an impressive physicist. Edith Weisskopf-Joelson was an impressive professor and logotherapist who was also persecuted by nazi socialists. Viktor E. Frankl who was Austrian was also persecuted by nazi socialists. Even French Louis Pasteur was persecuted by nazi socialists for being an impressive microbiologist who invented two vaccines in the 1800s. Edith Stein was persecuted by nazi socialists despite being German and Catholic. Anne Frank was persecuted by nazi socialists for being German. Dietrich Bonhoeffer was also persecuted by nazi socialists for being German and a Christian. We learn from history that socialist nazism also hates Germans who are impressive and do not practice envy. We can persevere reprooving false doctrines of envy. Socialism actually does not really care about race (Idolatrous Germans persecuting Pacifist and Christian Germans.) Socialism is actually about envy.

Courageous Bullfighters

 Courageous Bullfighters

Bullfighting is also an impressive sport practiced in Spain, Portugal, and some Latin American countries. Bullfighting is quite interesting by the fact that a single man can fight against a bull that weighs more than 500 pounds. Bulls are known to accelerate in a short amount of time. Such mass and acceleration can cause significant injuries.

Despite the size difference, bullfighters have impressive courage and speed. In the 1900s, there have been amazing bullfighters who were courageous and were able to fight multiple bulls throughout their career. Bullfighting is a male sport that marxist feminists have tried to remove. Bullfighting is a traditional male sport that describes masculity. (Marxist feminists hate true masculinity. Feminists in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico caused for bullfighting to be removed describing how they neither enjoy the sport and also want to remove the sport for others. This is probably due to idolatry since idol worshipers worship bulls in false religions.)

Bullfighting (similar to bullriding and bull steering) is a male sport that does not have female bullfighters. This fact causes envy in marxist-feminist women who hate masculine men. That is why the sport has been hated by socialists and marxist-feminists. I heard about a story about a marxist feminist who also tried to discourage a bullfighter similar to DiMaggio describing how marxists hate bullfighting. (Marxist feminists hate sports and also bullfighting. Marxists have actually attempted to speak lies about bullfighting in order to remove the sport out of envy.) Despite opposition from envious socialists, bullfighters have attempted to keep the sport going.

Ernest Hemingway's The Sun Also Rises also described the impressiveness of bullfighting. The story of the bullfighter may have been based on a real bullfighter from Spain whom Ernest Hemingway saw bullfight. The bullfighter was impressive being able to take injuries since he did not try to evade the bull, yet kept bullfighting throughout his life. Ernest Hemingway may have been impressed and wrote about a real bullfighter. We can persevere acknowledging that there are differences between males and females that does not mean that a specific gender is better than another. This means that there are differences that make each person unique and distinct. (Women with integrity are also brave, yet this describes the manner that idolatrous women envy bullfighting because it is a distinct male sport.) We have seen how socialists hate competition in sports including bullfighting. We can avoid socialists who have also attempted to remove amazing bullfighting. (Bullfighters also practice bullfighting as a profession which describes socialist's lack of empathy and bitterness. The feminist mentality is that if there is no female bullfighter then there should be no bullfighting.) We can persevere far apart from envious socialist rat snakes who hate amazing sports like bullfighting.

The 1990s Were Amazing

In the 1990s, bullfighting was broadcasted in Mexican television channels. It was seen as a traditional sport in Spain and Mexico, and was even celebrated. Individuals saw bullfighting as something positive and not in negative terms. It was not until the 2010s when the LGBT homosexuals began protesting bullfighting that it was reviled and began to be seen with envy. Bullfighters since the 1990s have been celebrated for their courage and masculinity. Bullfighters were also admired similar to sport athletes.

The 1990s were amazing because there was empathy, Reggae music by Bob Marley, bullfighting on television, greed was disdained and ridiculed, and people were kind to one another. It was not until the 2010s, when we began to see that homosexuals are the reason that the times are not so great. The LGBT homosexuals assassinated Bob Marley, JFK Jr., and Carolyn Bessette, bullfighting was taken off television, bullfighting was removed in Ciudad Juarez, and masculinity is envied and hated by homosexuals. (Despite the discouragements, we can persevere worshiping GOD Almighty and not a bull nor a snake.)

Alexander Hamilton Swan

 Alexander Hamilton Swan

Alexander Hamilton Swan was a cowboy and cattle owner that was able to make wealth by domesticating wild cattle. It was known in the 1800s that wild cattle existed in the US. Cowboys were able to steer and domesticate cattle and provide for themselves. The industriousness of cowboys in the 1800s was a quality that was admired and respected by true Americans. The work ethic and hard work of American cowboys in the 1800s is based on the importance of autonomy and discipline. American Cowboys were known to domesticate wild cattle and provide for themselves. Many cattle steers and cowboys were actually self made men and independent individuals describing the value of independence and discipline in America. Also cowboys were respectful and valued ethics and integrity. There was healthy competition but never non-compete mentality.

Because Swan was able to provide for himself by domesticating cattle and making money, Wall Street and other day traders decided to invest in land that had large amounts of cattle. This was because they had noted Swan's example and wanted to replicate him. It is noted that the greedy finacial traders bought large amounts of land and did not actually steer cattle like the true American cowboys. (It is also unknown if Swan was sabotaged or infiltrated for making close to $50 million dollars in the 1800s through cattle steering. That amount of money would probably be the equivalent of anywhere from $500 million to more than a billion dollars.)

When Americans began exploring the West in the 1800s, the greedy financial traders attempted to provoke wildfires, caused stampedes, and even murdered settlers for settling close to their prized ranches. This was while they did not actually steer cattle but cared about the money generated from domesticating cattle. (Cattle is good for food and also can be used for rodeo shows.)

We learn that greed and envy are judged. After financial traders caused wildfires, stampedes, and even murdered settlers, the cattle developed disease and died. Fortunes and wealth were wiped out because of smallpox affecting the cattle of financial traders. While they thought that they could prevent competition, they ended up destroying their momentary wealth for their greed and non-compete mentality. (Another instance of how non-compete mentality tries to make everything worse for everyone in the 1800s.)

Joseph McCoy

 Joseph McCoy

Jesse Chisholm was an American fur trader who was able to create a trail between Texas to Kansas. Chisholm was not greedy and actually helped other cowboys obtain cattle in another state and return safely to their land. Chisholm is noted to be an American fur trader. Joseph McCoy had a cattle ranch and added to the Chisholm trail by increasing the trail to Abelene, Kansas. McCoy may have been another cowboy similar to Swan who steered cattle and provided for himself.

It is interesting how Americans began to settle in the West in the 1800s after finding out that the United States had large amounts of land. Individuals that explored the West also learned about cattle steering and ranching. Many cowboys had learned about integrity and discipline and improved upon their circumstances. Cowboys in the 1800s are noted to have been resilient and disciplined due to the challenge of domesticating wild cattle.

While there were large amounts of land and grazing wild cattle, cowboys were not greedy. They lived in specific land and only took enough  wild cattle to provide for themselves but not with the intention to prevent others from also improving their circumstances. True American Cowboys did not attempt to take all the wild cattle and all the land in the 1800s. Cowboys in the 1800s were also Christian. The American Cowboys were actually ethical because they grew up with sermons and learning about Christianity knowing that the United States was founded by Pilgrims and Puritans.

Chisholm was noted for going to Texas creating a trail that led to Kansas safely. He created a trail that allowed other cowboys and ranchers to safely navigate the land with wild cattle and return back safely. It was noted that there were significant dangers in the land including dangerous rivers, hostile native americans (who did peyote), and the need to avoid discouragements and keep motivated and disciplined knowing that it was not an easy task. Cattle steering was no easy task, yet cowboys made it look it easy. The United States increased in population numbers and had abundant resources because of the worship of GOD Almighty. The worship of GOD Almighty allowed individuals to prosper in the 1800s. (Despite socialism ridiculing and envying cowboys since the 1940s because of their work ethic, real ethical cowboys from the 1800s were amazing and disciplined. They also practiced genuine empathy and were not greedy nor idolatrous. The greedy traders in the 1800s attempted to emulate Swan without actually steering and domesticating wild cattle. Greedy traders bought large amounts of land, prevented competition, and did not even steer cattle. The greedy traders had their cattle destroyed. It is probable that their own greed caused financial difficulties to the greedy traders who were not actually American, Cowboys, nor Christian. Despite the envy, the cowboy work ethic was instilled to newer generations in the 1900s and most of our grandparents also admired and respected the industriousness and integrity of brave cowboys. (Would describe why grandparents were resilient and impressive.) Cowboys were humble, industrious, ethical, and courageous. Our grandparents probably learned about the cowboy generation of the 1800s and admired bravery and valor instead of socialism and envy. Maybe that is why grandparents hated socialism and preferred Christianity. Maybe that was why the covid "virus of unknown strain" and experimental "vaccine" was created to prevent younger generations from learning about history from their grandparents and prevent virtues from being instructed. (There were commercials in 2021 that stated that younger individuals should not speak to their grandparents because it could cause covid "infections". Probably to prevent younger individuals from learning about history and virtues.) Grandparents saw straight through socialism especially the being a snitch part and instructed integrity. The Cowboy work ethic was impressive and describes why the United States became impressive because of integrity and industriousness.)

The Scientists Whose Plane Fell and Had Developed a Treatment Against a Type of Cancer

The Scientists Whose Plane Fell and Had Developed a Treatment Against a Type of Cancer in the 1970s or 1980s

There was a story of a group of scientists that had supposedly found a cure for cancer. (I think that it may have been for a type of cancer and not cancer in general because there are different types of cancer.) The scientists had worked on a treatment or medication that would help treat a type of cancer. After working on a treatment, they made a medication or treatment that supposedly cured a type of cancer.

The scientists were then invited to a conference to present their findings. I do not recall if it was after the conference or before traveling to the conference that the scientist's plane in which they were traveling fell and plummeted. The scientists did not survive the plane crash and died in the supposed accident.

I do not recall if this was in the 1970s or 1980s that the plane crash happened. The scientists had created an amazing treatment against a type of cancer and most likely were envied by some socialists in the medical community. The scientists were probably industrious and efficient and instead of being rewarded and appreciated, were probably envied.

There are theories that state that the CIA was responsible for the plane accident. This would not be a surprise because we already read about how MLK and JFK were envied by the FBI and socialist racists. The FDA has also denied an amazing new drug (that treated muscular dystrophy or myasthenia gravis) that passed all medical stages of testing only to be denied without any reasonable explanation.

Non-Compete in Research

It may have been that the FDA denied an amazing drug in the 2010s that treated muscular dystrophy. The medication had passed all four clinical stages and did not result in adverse health effects. There was no reasoning as to why the effective medication was not approved. The medication alleviated symptoms, improved the patient's health, did not cause secondary symptoms, and still it was denied approval after passing all four clinical stages and 8-10 years of research

A journalist on the WSJ described how there was no logical explanation given into why the medication was denied approval. It may have been that there was envy that an amazing medication was created by an independent researcher. The medication may have been the best medication in a long time and was denied based on envy. (At least we know the times we are living in. Muscular dystrophy had been researched since Lou Gherig's disease was noted in the 1940s. The socialists say no to medication that improves muscular dystrophy, but yes to covid experimental pulmonary embolism "vaccines".)

Dr. Robert Fletcher

 Dr. Robert Fletcher

"At the same time that medical journals are given incentives to please the drug companies, they are also given strong disincentives to go against drug company interests."

Dr. Abramson described that the medical journal articles in the 2000s were beginning to be affected by bias because of the pharmaceutical companies. Journal articles were being published that were positive reviews for newer medication when writers were choosing to hide real information to prevent negative results from being published or described in the case of Vioxx and Celebrex. In the case of Celebrex, the adverse effects were omitted from being published in the twelve month study and only the first six months of the study were published.

Dr. Fletcher spoke truth being an editor of a journal of Internal Medicine. Dr. Fletcher published an article that stated that 44% of the drug ads in medical journals are written in a way that would lead doctors with no other source of information to prescribe improperly. Dr. Fletcher also described that 92% of the drug ads were in violation of FDA rules (Overdo$ed America page 113).

This describes the incongruency between how individuals that spoke truth to prevent medical harm to others were actually punished instead of rewarded. This was in 1992 that Dr. Fletcher described concern over drug ads in medical journals that are known to be significant in the prescribing of medication. This is similar to Dr. Gueriguian and Dr. Applegate who spoke out against the bias that the pharmaceutical companies were attempting to have on research of new medications.

Dr. Fletcher wrote in The Lancet in 2003 about how he was punished by the pharmaceutical industry who withdrew ads from the journal where he was the main editor. This describes that pharmaceutical companies have attempted to encroach and prevent real unbiased research in favor of positively reviewing newer medication that can have significant side effects and symptoms. This is interesting noting how since the 2000s, the pharmaceutical companies have attempted to prevent unbiased research in favor of newer medication approved in haste.

Bias in Medical Journal Articles

Dr. Abramson described how there was increased bias in medical journal articles in the 1990s and 2000s. Dr. Fletcher in 1992 also described that advertisement on medical journals was deceitful and intended to make individuals prescribe medications based on false advertisement. Medical journals also included articles that were deceitful and could have led to increased prescription of dangerous medication like Pravachol, Vioxx, Celebrex, Quinoglute, Norpace, and Estrogen Replacement Therapy. Medical journals had integrity and ethics denying publication of support for dangerous drugs, yet in the 1990s it seemed that they allowed financial ties between researchers and pharmaceutical companies when before there was none.

The financial ties between researchers that published medical journal articles and pharmaceutical companies in the 1990s led to increased prescription of dangerous drugs that caused adverse health effects. This was another method that big pharma was attempting to lead to a monopoly and also caused adverse health effects. Newer and more expensive drugs were supported while exercise, nutrition, and smoking cessation were not discussed. This was so that generic medications and inexpensive treatment would not be considered as options. Big pharma tried to overprescribe or "push pills" through deceitful medical journal articles instead of remaining objective and ethical.

Statins May Not Only Be Correlated With Incidence of Cancer But Also Strokes

"Not mentioned in the article's abstract, and mentioned only once in passing in the text, were the unexpected findings that the lower (that is, what we think of as healthier) the total and LDL (bad) cholesterol, the greater was the risk of stroke. (More on cholesterol later, but generally total cholesterol and more specifically LDL cholesterol play a role in blocking arteries, and HDL cholesterol partially counteracts this effect.) Buried with the tables included in this article were statistics showing that lower levels of total cholesterol and lower levels of LDL cholesterol were both significantly correlated with a higher risk of stroke (p< .001 and p= .04, respectively). As I read on, I was completely baffled by the authors' statement that 'we found no relation between total cholesterol levels and stroke when their own data showed that the odds were greater than 1000 to 1 that lower total cholesterol levels were associated with a higher risk of stroke? A follow-up letter to the editor of JAMA from a doctor employed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (expressing his own views) pointed out that the authors had 'neglected to discuss these findings'... The article got even stranger when it argued that its data supported the use of statins to prevent strokes in patients with low HDL cholesterol levels. Statins raise HDL cholesterol only half as much as the article found would be necessary to significantly reduce the risk of stroke. But statins lower total and LDL cholesterol at least three times more on a percentage basis, far more than enough to significantly increase the risk of stroke, according to the data from the study. Nevertheless, the article concluded that treatment of low HDL cholesterol with statin drugs could significantly decrease the risk of stroke- ignoring its own findings that the overall effect on cholesterol would be associated with increased risk of stroke."- (page 19-20)

Dr. Abramson described how statin use may be correlated with potential carcinogenicity based on a medical journal article in 1994. Dr. Abramson also described that using statin medications may also increase the risk of strokes when they were said to have decreased the risk of stroke based on medical journal articles on Pravachol medication. Medical journal articles stated that statin medications supposedly increase (good cholesterol) HDL while decreasing total cholesterol and LDL (bad cholesterol). Dr. Abramson found out that statins only increase HDL by half of the amount that would cause a health benefit while actually decreasing LDL and total cholesterol that has been proven to cause strokes. Statins decrease LDL and total cholesterol about three times as much and can cause strokes instead of helping reduce strokes. A doctor of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services even sent a letter in June 2001 to an editor of JAMA to describe the discrepency.

Statin medications may cause strokes by reducing total cholesterol and LDL. Dr. Abramson stated that lowering total cholesterol and LDL leads to increase of strokes. Dr. Abramson also stated that exercise can be more beneficial to lowering stroke risk than taking statins, yet medical journal articles did not state that exercise is of greater benefit than statins. (Probably because exercise does not have a monetary cost while statins can be expensive if they are brand name and newer than generics.)

"I started to wonder why the article ["Pravastatin Therapy and the Risk of Stroke"] focused on cholesterol at all. The study found that other factors were just as significant as low HDL cholesterol in increasing the risk of strokes: untreated blood pressure, lack of exercise, cigarette smoking, heavy drinking... In fact, the authors of this study had used data from the same case-control study in an article published in 1998 to show that even light to moderate physical activity reduced the risk of stroke in the same people by 61 percent and that heavy exercise reduced the risk of stroke by 77 percent. The benefit of exercise documented by these authors certainly overshadows the 19 percent reduction in stroke associated with an increase in HDL of mg/dL-almost twice as much as is achievable with statins. Curiously, the authors' earlier findings about the important role of exercise were not even mentioned in the current article. And, though the authors did cite the earlier NEJM article about Pravachol and stroke, they failed to mention that the article found no relationship between low HDL levels and increased risk of stroke."- (page 20)

Expensive and Harmful Medications Were Promoted on Medical Journal Articles in 2000

Pravachol was not the only medication that was promoted on medical journal articles. Celebrex and Vioxx were anti-rheumatoid arthritis medication that were also dangerous to the health. Vioxx caused upper GI bleeds, heart attacks, strokes, and cardiovascular events. Despite conclusive evidence of the medication causing health problems, it was marketed on television commercials and kept on the market for multiple years prior to being removed from pharmacies. Medical journals promoted the medications despite there being financial ties between pharmaceutical companies and researchers in the publication.

The medical journals also decided to allow for financial ties between pharmaceutical companies and researchers. This describes the obvious lack of integrity from the pharmaceutical companies (monopoly), medical journals, and reseachers. This describes how since the 1990s even medical journal articles have been compromised by the lack of ethics and integrity in medical research. If that was happening in the 1990s with dismal medication that harmed patients, can we be surprised with covid experimental "vaccine" propaganda

Celebrex Was Promoted on Medical Journal Articles Without Having All the Data Published

"Pharmacia, the manufacturer of Celebrex, presented a statistical argument to the FDA justifying its omission of the data from the second half of the study. The company claimed that since a higher percentage of people taking diclofenac dropped out of the study because of minor symptoms like heartburn, the data from the second half of the study were invalid because of what is called 'informed censoring'. The manufacturer argued that these dropouts would have gone on to develop serious gastrointestinal complications, and their dropping out of the study artificially minimized the risk of serious complications from taking diclofenac. The FDA flatly rejected this argument. It countered that there was no proof that the people with heartburn would have developed more serious gastrointestinal problems. Further, if minor symptoms caused people in the study to stop taking diclofenac, people in the real world similarly would stop taking the drug if it caused heartburn and would similarly protect themselves from going on to develop serious gastrointestinal complications. The FDA's opinion of the manufacturer's decision to publish only half of the data from its study was clear: 'the sponsor's presentations of 6-month data... are not statistically valid or supportable.'"- (page 30)

Celebrex was promoted as a safer medication option to NSAIDs that can cause irritation of the stomach lining. Researchers stated that Celebrex did not cause irritation of the stomach lining like Ibuprofen and Diclofenac generic medication. Dr. Abramson described that Celebrex was noted to cause stomach complications such as upper GI bleeds and health problems. Researchers knew about the side effects of Celebrex yet hid the results of the second six months of the study from medical journal publication to allow the medication to be promoted on commercials and even prescribed as a great medication

The first six months of the study were published where no adverse health effects were noted, yet the second six months of the study were hidden from publication since they described that Celebrex was an unsafe medication causing upper GI bleeds and not being a better alternative to NSAIDs such as Ibuprofen and Diclofenac. The medical journal article published described that Celebrex was a better alternative to NSAIDs while being a dangerous treatment for minor to moderate aches and pains. The researchers had ties with the pharmaceutical companies and describe how dangerous medications were approved in haste even in the 2000s. New medications must submit their research findings to the FDA prior to drug approval. The FDA reviewed the 6 month and 12 month data and found out that the conclusion of the publications on medical journals that Celebrex was better than generic NSAIDS to be false. The faulty argument of Pharmacia was that the second half of the study was not published because individuals taking Diclofenac who had heartburn had dropped out and caused the data to be invalidated. This was to make Celebrex seem like a better medication through deceit. This was called "informed censoring". The real reason was that Diclofenac was a better treatment than Celebrex and did not cause as numerous upper GI bleeds and health complications compared to Celebrex.

"Looking at the data from the entire year of the study, the FDA's gastroenterology reviewer concluded that 'the sponsor has failed to demonstrate a statistically lower rate' of serious GI complications in the people who took Celebrex compared with the people who took the other NSAIDs. When the reviewer looked at only the second six months of the data (i.e., the data that had not been published in the JAMA article), he concluded that the risk of serious GI complications appeared to be higher in the people who took Celebrex 'compared to both Ibuprofen and Diclofenac'. This was hardly an endorsement for a drug whose only advantage (besides the convenience of a once-daily dosing) was that it caused fewer serious GI problems.

The FDA told the pharmaceutical company, Pharmacia, that it could not promote the Celebrex medication with false statements that it was safer than NSAIDs because it was not true. However, Celebrex kept marketing the medication, and the medication kept being prescribed. The FDA also did not prevent the medication from being recalled once it knew about the findings and only issued warning letters to the pharmaceutical company. The pharmaceutical company kept promoting the dangerous medication. Journal articles which are supposed to promote the best treatment were promoting dangerous and harmful medication. Pharmaceutical companies were using medical journals to promote bad medication with flawed research design and dishonest findings. Celebrex was not the only medication featured in medical journal articles.

Vioxx Was Promoted in Medical Journals Yet Led to Heart Attacks and Cardiovascular Complications

"Next I looked at the data in the FDA files comparing the risk of serious cardiovascular complications in the people who took Vioxx with the risk of those who took naproxen. The original research plan for the VIGOR study had acknowledged the possibility that naproxen users might develop fewer serious cardiovascular complications than those who took Vioxx. The reasoning was that the COX-1 inhibiting activity of naproxen makes platelets less "sticky" (like aspirin, but not to the same extent), potentially decreasing the risk of unwanted blood clots- a property not shared by Vioxx, which is a selective COX-2 inhibitor. Because of this possibility, the research called for serious 'cardiovascular thrombotic or embolic' complications (serious cardiovascular complications include: sudden cardiac death, heart attack, stroke, unstable angina, transient ischemic attack, arterial blood clot, and venous blood clot) to be examined by an independent committee to make sure that the study results were accurate and unbiased. It turns out that the increased number of serious cardiovascular complications in Vioxx users more than offset the highly touted GI benefits of this drug. In the VIGOR study the people who took Vioxx experienced 21 fewer serious GI complications than those who took naproxen, but they experienced 27 more serious cardiovascular complications. These were the results that the November 2000 NEJM article on the VIGOR study acknowledged had been assessed, but did not report."

Dr. Abramson stated that the complete research data on Vioxx available on the FDA website in the year 2000 described the possibility that Vioxx caused more cardiovascular complications than naproxen. However, the NEJM did not actually fully report the complete findings. Dr. Abramson described that based on the journal article published, Vioxx appeared to cause less GI complications than naproxen while actually causing significantly more cardiovascular problems than naproxen. (Why promote on a medical journal and market a faulty medication that leads to severe cardiac problems even if it supposedly prevents GI complications? Naproxen was a safer alternative than Vioxx.)

There were supposedly 21 fewer GI complications from using Vioxx, yet 27 more severe cardiac complications that included sudden death. If a medication causes so much health problems, the safer alternative is preferred. The NEJM also tried to down play the fact that Vioxx caused serious cardiac complications and that Vioxx increases the risk of problems in people who should have taken aspirin because of a previous cardiovascular problem. The cardiac complications were not described entirely in the medical journal article.

Vioxx also was touted as a better alternative than Naproxen that prevented GI complications yet caused increased heart attacks and serious cardiac adverse events that led to hospitalizagions or death compared to the people who took Naproxen (p= .013).

"Overall, the people in the VIGOR study who took Vioxx were 2.4 times more likely than those who took Naproxen to experience a serious cardiovascular complication. The statistical significance of this finding (p= .0016) means that there are less than two chances out of a thousand that this increase in the risk of developing serious cardiovascular complications is simply due to chance.

"The results of the VIGOR study show that for every 100 people with a history of cardiovascular disease treated with Vioxx instead of Naproxen there were between seven to eleven additional serious cardiovascular complications each year."- (page 35)

The NEJM article did not describe the finding as significant and called it a "play of chance" in order to promote the medication as safe. The role of using statistics in research is to find the cause of a finding and remove illogical explanations. The "play of chance" phrasing may have been to downplay the significance of the truthful finding so that the unsafe medication could be promoted as a better alternative to Naproxen. The FDA sent a warning letter to Merck, the pharmaceutical company that made Vioxx, about false and misleading statements about its safety concerning cardiovascular complications, yet the medication kept being prescribed. The newer, non-generic, and expensive medication caused adverse health effects and was not better than Naproxen. We can persevere learning about statistics and science in ordert to avoid bad medication and "vaccines". Even once prestigious medical journals, JAMA and NEJM, published faulty medical knowledge to cause physicians to prescribe faulty medications in Celebrex and Vioxx that caused severe health complication.

"An FDA reviewer commented that the greater risk of cardiovascular problems in the people who took Vioxx 'could lead one to conclude that naproxen... would be the preferred drug."- (page 35)

"Vioxx costs $100 to $134 a month, compared with $18.19 a month for prescription Naproxen or $7.50 for over-the-counter Naproxen."

"By the end of 2001, 57 percent of all money spent on prescription arthritis medication in the United States was spent on Celebrex and Vioxx, and both were among the top 10 selling drugs in the United States."- (page 38)
