The Puritans and Quakers
There were different Christian denominations in the United States in the 1500s and 1600s. The Christian denominations included Puritans, Quakers, Calvinists, Methodists, Lutherans and Baptists. Despite going through adversity and persecution, they were able to persist preaching King Jesus Christ and allowing for peace and harmony to exist in America. The Christians persisted yet there was opposition from the snake. Not all Native American tribes were non-hostile, yet there were some that were (describing the story of Sacagewea).
The hostile tribes practiced idol worship and used illict substances described as peyote. The hostile Native Americans envied Christians since they were idolatrous. There were Christians that were persecuted, yet they did not renounce their faith and obtained eternal salvation. One example is Jamestown in the 1600s where hostile idolators burned down Jamestown.
Despite the persecution, Christians persevered and preached to different regions. The Thirteen Colonies became states and there were additional states added after Christians settled in other states. Christians populated the new states and were favored for trusting in GOD Almighty. The Quakers kept believing in Christianity and were noted for their zeal and traditional clothing that shunned materialism. There were noted Quakers like Dalton who made scientific discoveries and remained a Christian which contradicts the notion that Christianity is anti-science. Christians understood the value of empathy and peace that allowed society to prosper. Having stability in society allowed for scientific discoveries.
The Puritans were able to persist through persecution in Europe and from hostile Native Americans. The Puritans did not renounce their faith and persevered through adversity. Then after persecution in Europe and from hostile idolators, there was persecution from witches. The witches probably used sorcery to afflict Christians. There are stories that state that witches were able to harass Christians with evil spirits. There are stories that state that Christians felt negative sensations such as pin pricks. The obvious reasoning was the witches. However, this did not prevent Christian Puritans from renouncing their faith. The Christians defended themselves and kept preaching. (We do not harm sorcerors and witches yet do avoid them.) The witches also tempted to practice lust and then sorcery. This occurred in the 1600s in the US. Despite the hostile witches, America prospered because Puritans kept to their ideals and faith.
Persisting Through Persecution Similar to the Pilgrims and Puritans
This describes how the snake envies individuals that prefer GOD Almighty over the temporary things of the world. Salem was a noted city in the United States that was persecuted by witches and sorcerors in the 1600s, yet Puritans prevailed. It is noted that their life was the worship of GOD Almighty. Pastors preached, wives taught their family in the worship, and children grew up with ideals and values. Since they prospered, the snake attempted to sabotage their serenity. The United States prospered in the 1600s because of the Christian faith. And since the 1600s, there have been attempts by the snake to diminish the United States, communities, and families. Puritans did not get discouraged and trusted GOD Almighty. That is why the US is hated by the snake.
That is why the 1960s were turbulent as socialism, rock and roll, idol worship, racism, and hostility tried to diminish the US. Christians kept preaching and worshiping GOD Almighty repudiating socialism and racism. We have seen how the snake hates unity and serenity in society and has again attempted to discourage through socialism and racism. We can persevere knowing that GOD Almighty is our everything similar to the Christians of the 1600s and 1960s who did not let idolatry diminish their faith. The socialists lie that Christians persecuted witches in the 1600s and socialists in th 1960s when in fact it was the witches and socialists who persecuted Christians. We can persist acknowledging our American heritage that is not founded on idolatry nor socialism. That is why socialists and idolators hate that each nation has their own distinctness just as individuals are different and unique.
Preaching Christianity and Avoiding Idolators
The United States is impressive because despite persecution, it has endured with Christian values and morals. This describes why it is envied by socialists for allowing freedom of religion and speech that allows the Gospel to be preached and also envied by racists for allowing individuals of all ethnicities to learn Christianity and improve. It is also envied by idolators (jihadi muslims and marxists) who hate Christianity since it is the true faith.
We can persevere acknowledging that jihadi muslims and marxists may employ sorcery being idolators and persecutors of Christianity despite the appearance of self-righteousness. If they foment hostility and persecution, then they are not peaceful. We should avoid idolators who envy.
